What can I say, it works out of the box.

I purchased a Kodack ZI6 camera, that comes without a SD card, where as the FLIP comes with 8GB storage. My purchase price for a comparable ZI6 with 8GB SD card vs a FLIP 8GB was $30 less. Save your money, build it yourself.

Great Card
Comment:
I've only had this card for a few weeks and I use it in my digital camera which takes 12.2 MP pictures and 1280HD video. So far I haven't had any read/write problems. The capacity is wonderful and at a great price. Highly recommended.

Kingston 8GB SDHC Memory Card
Comment:
I was able to use this card to install eeebuntu onto an eeePC 701 Surf, when a previous 4GB card (another brand) could not. Worked like a charm, and the price sure is right. And 8GB sure is a nice upgrade from the 2GB Flash drive that is standard on the 701. For use as a boot medium, I highly recommend this card.
