Kingston DataTraveler 4GB USB2.0 Flash Drive

This is the first USB drive that I have personally owned, and I think I made a very good choice. I picked this up while it was on sale and I am certainly not disappointed. I constantly use this to move files between work, school and friends' computers. Great drive.

Excellent little 4gb USB stick, does exactly what I need it to do transfer files for work and school. Reasonably fast, and large capacity means I never have to worry about running out of space.Great

Had this for 2 months, works fine, only thing is the writing speed is not stable sometimes. not a great one but worth it when on sale.

Kingston designed these to be simple, affordable, base-model devices with no frills. So, despite being a bit slow, they fulfill their main goal of providing lots of storage at a decent price.The only thing worth complaining about is that these used to come with a small lanyard when they were first introduced. Kingston seems to have stopped including them in the package. I guess it was a cost-cutting move. Too bad because it was a nice touch.

Inexpensive and easy to carry, great for those who are budget conscious. I bought a few these back when they were a bit more expensive (~$39.99), and I found these to be a bit on the slow side, especially when you're trying to write something onto the key. Otherwise, this is a good quality, and well priced, which I would recommend.

If you're looking for a cheap and small USB Flash drive this one is a good choice. If you're looking for something fast, this is NOT a good choice. Mine was very slow (compare to some dual channel my collegue had) maybe it was a faulty one but anyway I paid less than 20$. It does the job for the price I paid. Nice little flash drive. Sturdy build, which is nice because some low cost drives I have purchased flop around while plugged into the USB port. Speed wise, the drive is fine for what I use it for, no complaints. With a PM the price was great.

bought it for my wife and she loved the color. besides that, it has a good finish, it performs as expected, works well in Linux, Mac and Windows.

Was looking to buy a bigger USB drive so that I could easily transfer files to an from computers without having to burn them on CD and DVD. This USB drive does the job, and at the sale price I bought it at, it was a no brainer!

Awesome USB key for the price, especially if you grab it on sale. While it is not the fastest flash drive available its speed is satisfactory. Now I would probably buy a 8GB though, but when I bough this one they were still out of price.

lots of capacity got on sale excellent value, reliable so far,very handy product everybody should have one keeep it on my keychain so its always handy.

bought it for 17 bucks, good 4GB can pack lots of stuff in.one thing is that it didn't fit for my key ring, so either I need to have a smaller ring on this or just have to keep in my bag.

Very impressed with Kingston DataTraveler drives. I currently have the DTI/512, the DTI/1GB, and have this drive on its way to me. I dont see any reason why this drive wont live up to my expectations, as its identical to my other 2 drives, except noticeably larger! Good work Kingston. Make a 16gb in the future and maybe ill grab that one up too :P

Overall a very good 4gb flash drive by Kingston, which provides adequete speeds, and durability. It's not the fastest drive in the world but for the price and huge capacity you can't go wrong.

This USB drive is a bargain at this price. The performance comparable to competing products. It runs Readyboost on Windows Vista and is probably the cheapest at this capacity.
