Doubled the memory on a laptop, install was a snap, and the improve in performance is incredibly noticeable. Installs with out issue.Low CAS latency.Maxes out my laptop.Value. Dell Latitude D610 demands keyboard to be removed to install DIMM B. Not product (or NewEgg's) fault mind you. this improved my laptops preformance. i had 2gb of memory already in an hp dv6000se notebook. it was lagging. i put this memory in and i noticed an improvement suitable away. not a drastic like jumping up a gb but enough to notice. the memory that comes in it just dont hold up soon after two years. this brought my machine back to life. anywhere else its 50 bucks . thanks new egg. and the totally free shipping is kinda quick. It does its job. Good lifetime warranty to go along with it, but I doubt I'll ever need to have to use it. :) None. Slapped these into an Acer Aspire 5570 I was given back in August 2010. Poor factor utilized to have 1GB and ran Vista so it would take far more than five minutes just to boot. Other tasks were equally painful. Immediately after placing these in, I've had no complications whatsoever aside from gaming, but it was never meant for that.

My low-end laptop is now max'd out with RAM and anything works. No errors. No troubles. None. Upgrading from 1GB to 2GB of RAM on my HP DV2000 laptop didn't have much of an effect on Windows Vista and it's potential to spank my hardware. Surprisingly, my very best Vista speed enhance came later from a more quickly hdd. The memory portion of my Vista score went up by .1 by doubling the RAM.

Good timings, thats the whole cause i bought these. when i nevertheless had vista on the laptop, it increased my gaming score from 2.1 with the cruddy stock dell ram to 3.1, thats impressive (still not sufficient to play any games in vista so iput xp on it XD) Functions excellent in Dual channel on a Dell inspiron 1501 (gift)....btw, just so you know, if you have a issue where the ram isnt running in dual channel in the 1501, its not the ram, i've noticed it on a couple of these and the ram runs fine in dual channel, just for some reason its not active on some of the 1501 motherboards, call dell and they may possibly be in a position to assist. none so far, allows me to play WOW,Fable, and Exteel on a low finish dell inspiron 1501 with decent settings on a sempron 3500+ 1.8 ghz, havent tride any other games simply because i dont own to quite a few games that will even start off on my laptop, but thats why i got my desktop XD kingston is the way to go for stable, highly compatibility, you cant go incorrect with hyper x, receiving some for my desktop to. and btw, make sure that you get good ventilation, you dont want any of your parts on your laptop overheating to significantly, especially this good ram (but that goes for any method XD)

All the pros that come with an extension of RAM from 512 MB to 2 GB. None. A tad dificult to get into the Dell ram slots, but I don't assume that is Kingston's fault. I bought this for a buddy who was very pleased with the efficiency enhance. Anybody that has much less than 1 GB is silly for not acquiring this.

memory installed and appears to be operating fine. none for the memory new eggs new low high quality free of charge shipping with DHL/USPS. also still with the low excellent packing of memory modules. new egg use to be leading notch, was not worth the trouble of going to the shop when new egg shipping was so rapid. not anymore with DHL/USPS SLOWWW SERVICE hope it is worth it and you all(new egg) are saving alot of cash. if your excellent of service is going to suffer this significantly you better be saving a complete lot of income.

It was a affordable and uncomplicated upgrade for my compaq presario c502us that runs vista home basic. Low latency is a plus as nicely. I upgraded from a single 512 stick (a-data ddr2 667mhz cas lat. five) which was stock. All in all a large leap in performance. None so far as I've only had them in for an hour or two. I'll post once more if anything occurs... This ram is dual channel and the memory configurator at crucial says that my laptop does not support this. also te configurator at newegg only provides pc2 4200 as viable selections. my bios and windows had no problem recognizing these sticks.

Fast, rapid, rapid. My HP laptop came with 2GB of ram but it wore out following about a year. I replaced that unknown brand with this Kingston item and wow! It actually does effectively 2GB is all I will need for basic usage as I have one more laptop with 4GB. None so far. I have usually applied Kingston and have by no means been let down. Newegg had it here proper on time as usual.

It works with the original MacBook! It's 4X the stock memory in the old MacBooks. Rapidly, low latency and affordable. What more do you want? You are still reading this evaluation. The longer you wait the longer it will take to come in the mail. I got this when I was doing a HDD replacement on an old MacBook from 2006. The memory is so straightforward to alter and it's suitable there when you have the battery off! It was certainly worth the ฮ to quadruple the memory in this small beast. Photoshooping is considerably quicker now that it has room to breathe.
