Great deal for the cash. Doesn't last forever, like some PSUs seem to. This thing lasted for over 2 years just before the fan gave out and it overheated. For only paying ฟ i'd say i additional than got my income's worth. I don't feel it would have even died had 1 of the copper coils inside not been situated so close to antoher 1 (looks like it arced). I feel i'm going to get an additional one of this identical model just mainly because the deal is so good.

Low-cost. It's actually a lot more of a 330W power provide. I don't in fact own this. I'm building a new program and the old system is attempting to rush me along by the power supply giving out. Superior value from Newegg.It worked fantastic, correct out of the box. Does the job. An upgrade from the OEM unit. This unit makes a bit far more noise than the OEM supply.That shouldn't surprise me though, because it's a higher rated unit. I didn't spend for fancy. Good price tag for a step up unit. I'm not constructing a custom ZING machine, just replacing a broken power cord interface.If noise actually bothered me, I'd put out some added cash for a a lot more spiff unit.

Low value On initial hardware boot, smoky smell... the four pin ATX 12v grounds got so hot they melted the coating. Fortunately no harm to the other components that I have located. Installed a various power provide, computer system booted fine. Running RAM tests as I write this. Have noticed other bad comments. This might be 1 to steer clear of. Low Cost, Very good Quality, Functions Excellent. The Power Cord Only Lasted For about 7 Months, Lukily I have A bunch of extra Energy Cords so I just replaced it and it was as excellent as new. It is Fairly Loud, but it is a steady sound, it is soothing...Ha Ha Great for the Price.

Overall wattage is best for most PCs on the market. It pumps out up to 480W when coupled with greater end video cards playing power demanding games. Runs fairly cool with a quiet fan. I have sold dozens of this model with no DOA or later failure, so far. Odd Poki'man logo is observed assembling my power supply. I'm not opposed to forign labor, but come on! I would prefer using the black anodized power supply for about ũ a lot more, but have sold dozens of these and would rather save the buck. Shipping is somewhat high-priced for the power supplies.

Well, its a extremely superior psu for the cost. I had a sunbeam hush go down soon after a month and expected this 1 to be the bad guy. But It has defeated almost everything I can throw at it, overclocked core two duo and overclocked overvolt modded 9800 gt runs ideal, no smoke lol. none incredibly satisfied and shocked that at 480 wats it outperformed the 580 watt sunbeam. and outlived will get once more for older systems, but be safe for newer systems and additional effective parts and obtain 80+ or more certified

Gives power.Very affordable. Only 1 fan. Fan cannot be controlled by the MB.LOUD!! Fan only operates at high speed, and is a lot louder then the Antec 400 it is replacing, and that wasn't a quiet power supply.Smells funny following becoming on for 2 hours - nearly like a burning capacitor, but not really as poor. Not a "smokey" smell, just a "hot plastic" smell. Bottom line - if you need to have an affordable power supply, this will do the trick. Precisely what I expected. Would give 2 1ǘ eggs if achievable, as this power supply is about average.I don't anticipate it to last much longer than the warranty period, as it is extremely light weight. Absolutely nothing except it's light weight and flimsy It lasted less than a month. Poor instructions and labeling that don't match up with normal motherboard labeling. Fan is weak, noisy, and inefficient. Does not put out accurate 480w of power. Died in literally much less than 1 months time. Went out 1 night, stays powered on for about 1 or two seconds afterwards.

Very low price on sale at NewEgg. Enough connectors to do the Job. Comes nicely packaged. Powers AMD Semperon 3000+ with 1.5 gig of Ram, 256 meg AGP card. Fan is a bit loud. I could notice this a lot more as this is a desktop computer system in the corner of the Bed room. As it's my wife's pc, She at times is on it when I am sleeping. Hence I could be too sensitive to the noise. No issues, As usual Newegg ordering is Initially Class.I do price shop other shops and internet web-sites before placing an order with NewEgg.
