what can you expect from a ū cable. this one particular is excellent good quality and operates fine. i actually like the mesh shielding. the endcaps arent attached at the connector and slide down, but no big deal - this is just for looks

Inexpensive price for a simple cable, wonderful for use in non UV case, Swapped out my old flat ribbon cable and it worked promptly! None! Great for finding rid of clutter inside your case!

Works great. Extremely great quality in my opinion. A lot much better than making use of ribbon. None Although it is listed as getting black, its a lot more of a dark-grayish color. But it nevertheless looks excellent in my case either way.

Cleans up case and was specifically what I was looking for. None besides the fact that it has only been one day. Serves its purpose. Will update evaluation should it fail to function adequately in the close to future.. otherwise I like very much!

Does what it's supposed to do. The boot on this brand seemed to stay put a small greater than one more brand I got. None seriously - although it would be wonderful if the boot covered the wires all the way Very good cable for the price

Ends rotate, looks great, low value, it's a round cable so it is way much better for airflow in the case! No cons If you have any IDE stuff, it would be wise to switch over to these cables. Thanks Newegg.

decent good quality. more dark gray then black as other people have stated but it is a UV cable and if you have a UV cathode you'll never notice that. because it is not mentioned anyplace it glows icy violet (that's the very best color description i can give) below UV. a small stiff (compared to the "highly flexible" statement in the specs) but not enough to be an problem. had a 200+ dollar Lian Li case, an original industrial class 510W PFC PC Energy & Cooling PSU, an IDE 16x LiteON DVD burner along with a bunch of initially gen SATA drives laying about so i grabbed a 7750 BE, 4GB of OCZ DDR2 800 and an ECS 780G mobo and used this cable with. below UV it definitely stands out over leading of the red, white, yellow and orange colors of the mobo.i feel like a raver now.

I have two of these now in two different systems and they are the ideal length. Wonderful concept only getting one drive connector, keeps the case insides neat and tidy with minimal air restriction. They have a clean, shiny look which reflects a lot of light, and they are supremely! price helpful. Ya they're a small stiff, and I really don't like the pull-tabs mainly because they appear to clutter the view through my side window, but I don't know how else it may be completed without them. So far I believe I'll maintain buyin' 'em.

Properly... it does what it's supposed to. Reduces cable clutter, improves air flow and typically just looks nicer than the large gray ribbon. As a person else stated, its far more of a transparent gray then BLACK. Nonetheless works though. Ordered this with some fans, fairly pleased with the way every thing looks now. Flexible, quality construction, outstanding value. I have 4 of these in a mid tower connected to four challenging drives. Needless to say, trying to use conventional ribbon cables was tricky and space is tight. These worked out perfectly. None. These were barely long enough to reach. I assumed 12" would be more than enough, but didn't account for how a lot length is utilized at the bends. Make positive you measure accurately just before you make a decision on a length!
