Allows me to transfer data and charge my enV2 cell phone. That I had to obtain it at all, lol. I was type of upset that my new phone couldn't just use a single of the hundreds of mini-B USB cables that each other device in my home uses. At least the cable was quite low-cost (before shipping, anyway). |

Cable works perfectly with my RAZR2 V8; it doesn't get hot and turn the phone off like a earlier cable of mine did. Its also nice and lengthy. None For any person wondering, windows automatically mounts the phone. No need to install any extra computer software or something. |

Functions excellent on a VX9100. Charges, downloads, uploads nicely. Using an SDHC card (sandisk 4gb), and I go into the phone menu and select USB connect. Uncomplicated as can be. All I use it for is a music player and a picture holder. Makes updating simpler. Not that Verizon/LG would ever update my firmware in much less than 6 months time among updates. Two approaches to go about making use of the phone. First is employing the LG computer software, the second is asking the phone to pretend it's a storage device, then you can just xfer files. It's fun to hold and play with |

None that any other Micro-USB cable doesn't have. After two months, the micro end of the cable will not stay in my phone (Moto Droid). I've tested other Micro-USB cables (including my automobile charger) and all remain securely plugged into my phone. This cable has degraded to the point that I can no longer touch (much less hold) my phone without the cable literally falling out of the plug. Get a various brand cable |

Nice cable, not too thick or too skinny. It works as its supposed too. Affordable compared to the official Motorola one. Absolutely nothing seriously. I use this for a Motorola Razr2 V9m. Maintain in mind you cant transfer files unless you have Motorola telephone tools. I use it for charging my phone by way of a computer system USB port. |

Works flawlessly to allow my LG VX9100 enV2 phone to charge off a USB port, transfer files, and access the 4gig micro SDHC card. Several people have purchased other cables for this phone and complained that the cable gets hot, only charge the phone, or do nothing at all! No such troubles with this cable! None. Just plugged it in and it worked. No troubles or even thoughts about issues till I read on HoFo about various people receiving cables that overheat, don't transfer files, only charge the telephone, or do absolutely nothing at all. Am glad I didn't have any of that to deal with. |

Very great good quality, 6' length. Cables get 5 eggs 28 gauge wire - too small for some devices to meet the spec for voltage drop limit. See comments I bought 2 of these cables to use with my Motorola Droid, following looking at the Link Depot internet website. I saw that Link Depot advertised 22 gauge wire. Due to the existing demands of this wise phone and concerns with aftermarket cables / chargers, there has been a discussion on the Motorola Owners forums about it . Making use of the calculator that was posted on the forum page, 28 gauge at 6' long sees an excessive voltage drop to meet USB specs.I known as Link Depot and talked with a tech rep. He told me that they make two diverse micro USB cables. (Newegg doesn't show the wire gauge in the specifications tab) He provided to RMA an exchange to the heavy duty 22 gauge cable, no issue. A huge thumbs up to Link Depot for consumer service. I will let Newegg know about the cable wire gauge issue in hopes that they will post the gauge in the specs tab. Newegg is initial class as properly. I have purchased a lot of times from them and I will continue purchasing from Newegg mainly because of service and price. |

Low-cost Provides me a message about how my device could carry out quicker if connected to a USB 2. port, this is the only cable that gives this message, finding less than 1mbps transfer speeds. I can't recognize why anybody is still selling USB 1.1 cables. |

Fits my LG VX9100. Cheap. Good and lengthy. None at all. I purchased this mainly because I wanted to have the capacity to charge my cell telephone off my pc's USB ports. And now I can! Yay! Also, once my model of phone matures somewhat, computer software will grow to be available that allows me to access my phone for the management of media and PIM data and the like. All and all, that makes me extremely pleased with this acquire! |
