This mouse is incredible with its characteristics.. It's also so smooth on any surface.. But, I purchased this mouse trigger I wanted a great quality mouse which it is in some standards but for the cost. I do not want to lag whilst im gaming... It's not for me and i'll be returning it due to the truth.. So, if your into gaming.. This may not be the mouse for you.. Nonetheless if you spend this a lot there ought to be no lag I don't care what mouse it is...

functions excellent, Logitech high quality & drivers, nano receiver is sweet, looks like a million bucks, did I say nano receiver, works on glass, bling bling.. ain't cost-free....or even low-cost honestly..the excellent is there. no, it isn't low cost, but it just looks correct with my new i7 quad 18.4" lappykeep in my although, my understanding is "somewhat high".

Comment:
This mouse is great if you travel a lot and use your mouse anywhere. It functions fine if I've got a glass table, on the leg of my jeans, on white plastic table. Surfaces that lead to lots of issues with a lot of mice. The scroll wheel is great and the button configuration is excellent. Battery life has been completely abysmal. On a pair of AA's I'm receiving about two weeks of life or less. Currently my indicator says 90% charge with 6 days left. That's inaccurate, but not by a lot. Repair the battery life logitech! According to their specs on the mouse it must last 7 months on a pair of batteries!

It really does operate as advertised - you can run it on glass surfaces or any other surface with no any difficulties whatsoever. I was working with it on a glass coffee table with no complications whatsoever. Excellent for when I have my desktop connected to my 55" Mitsubishi to watch Blu-Rays and connected content. Tiny Logitech receiver tends to make a large difference when plugged in versus prior Logitech goods I've owned. The included carrying pouch and the potential to retailer the receiver inside the mouse tends to make portability quite straightforward. I use this mouse among my Mac laptop and my self-built Windows 7 desktop. The biggest dilemma is the Mac OS driver is certainly horrible. I don't know if it's Logitech's difficulty or mine but I would like to make the side buttons function as back/forward rather of auto-scrolling. Also this mouse isn't created for big hands - so if you're like me you will not be utilizing this mouse quite heavily. I'd advise the MX600 for heavier usage. Scroll wheel is a bit touchy on initial use but it automatically corrects itself. My principal complaint is the software program. I've often had matters with Logitech's scroll point. They normally make excellent items otherwise.

as other critiques have stated, you get what you pay for..i paid full pice for this mouse but i fell it is worth it..it has a nice weighty feels not chincy like most mice. A person stated that they thought the recption sucked,i thought this at 1st but i had put the reciever i=on the back usb port of my tower and it was closed in by alot of other factors,as soon as i switched it to the front port on the case i can use it up to 10 ft away(handy for when i clone monitor to tv for watching netflix). incredibly handy for the occasional LAN party becoming that the reciver can be stored inside the mouse and it comes with a handy travelbag that it zips into..the sroll wheel has a heavier feel to it as nicely,so let your finger flick it and it will continue to scroll.the pads on the bottom are bigger than other mice of this type so i never ever have difficulty with them receiving gummed up,and it slides nice more than my desks black formica that typical mice never ever would act appropriately on..adore the laser only attainable gripe i may have, and this just may be simply because i use my mouse continuously is that my batteries have been lasting between three-4 weeks, but like i stated that may possibly just be that my useage is greater than other people none..perfectly developed

Solid construction. Tiny wireless receiver is great. The forward and back buttons are nice to have. The "application switch" button works just as easy as a middle mouse button in OS X. It has tracked on every single surface I've tried it on (admittedly restricted to coffee shop tables). The weight of the mouse makes it really feel sluggish while tracking. Haven't tried taking one of the batteries out, but I fear for the already rumored poor battery life (haven't owned long enough to judge that). I've tried the "frictionless glide" scrollwheel and it hasn't but verified valuable. Middle click is much less comfy than mice that have it on the wheel. And did I mention high priced? Admittedly I was impatient and bought it at Poor Purchase (an open item for บ off the list cost), but this is a laptop mouse we're talking about. I take into account a list price tag of ๠ a bit extreme. I still own this mouse, but I am leaning toward returning it and acquiring a Logitech M510 mouse rather. Still good tracking and button placement, but without the (for me) unneeded expenditures of a power-hungry "darkfield" laser and dual-function scroll wheel. If value is no object, get the Anywhere Mouse MX. If you're a little far more price-conscious, shop about. I had also deemed Apple's Magic Mouse since I'm using a Macbook Pro, but the ergonomics on that thing are laughable and I've heard absolutely nothing positive about bluetooth mice.

Fantastic mouse, modest, reads on any surface, mouse will function from across the room, decent form factor. Driver that ships with it is poor! The original out of the box driver got horrible battery life. The batteries only lasted a week. When I up dated to the latest driver from Logitech the batteries read as excellent for 90 days. Additional than most likely the original batteries had been nonetheless ok, but the battery capacity meter was reading poorly. Update the driver immediately.

Fantastic tracking. The plastic feet glide on any surface, and the optics track any surface. The weight is best for me.I have huge hands and the size is nice, but I don't "palm" the mouse like some have to be performing. I hold it with my thumb and pinky on the contoured rubber sides, about halfway down. This puts the two side buttons in great position for my thumb, and the center button and scroll are very easily accessed. The range is fantastic, 30+ feet(including several walls in in between!). Chances are you won't be in a position to see the cursor anymore before it runs out of range.Just everything about it has excellent feel. Every single button is crisp and positive. Both scroll wheel possibilities function properly. Even the on/off switch on the bottom has good really feel and action. The software program is fantastic, the application-particular button mapping is a incredibly good feature. Having buttons devoted to frequent tasks in CAD computer software has improved my workflow dramatically.Wonderful Seeking. Battery life is a bit short. They lasted about two months with heavy use, 8-10 hours a day. Not abysmal, but not good. Given the outstanding surface tracking and enormous range, it is understandable.A rechargeable battery with a usb cable like the K800 keyboard has would be a very good idea.Way too little of an problem to dock it any eggs. I perform with CAD software program which calls for extensive center button use. Repurposing the window-switcher button to function as a center click worked fine for me. It isn't uncomfortable to me, but I can see how it could be for some.I just ordered an additional for my HTPC create!

Functions as advertised, and flawlessly, too. The glide/click scroll wheel changer is very good. Natively compatible with latest Ubuntu distro (pleasant surprise). None, actually. Picked it up Open-Box at Finest Get for ุ. Not confident if I would devote the full ๪ some on it though.

Leading of the line mouse, ideal Logitech I ever had, on par with a Logitech VX nanoThe only mouse comparable to this 1 is the VX nano. Every thing is as it is supposed to be, will test battery life. The VX Nano has the finest battery life ever. This one is a small bit heavier, but I like it far more. Tested on a couple of glass surfaces, and it works. The bag is far better than the VX nano in style, but smaller, and tougher to store. no cons. Either you obtain this or the VX nano. I have additional than 10 mice, including the mamba, the mighty, vx nano, mx revolution, and quite a few logitechs. This should be on top with the vx nano. To the naked eye, the vx nano seems cooler, but each are awesome. My only regret is that I didn't obtain it from newegg. The price was not dropping, and shipping was added the week I wanted to obtain (I saw it was cost-free shipping a week earlier). Identified it someplace else, and of course, it will by no means be as fulfilling as getting from newegg. I purchased possibly 6 mice from newegg, all great, brand new (most as presents). I had to return the anywhere mouse twice to the other seller since it was already "used", and the latest 1 I got seemed brand new, but immediately after opening, again seemed utilised (small scratches on the pads). I got too spoiled to the high good quality of newegg. I will call the other seller... used-get.

Works on pretty much any surface.Standard to Smooth scrolling option.Application Switch Mode.Excellent Forward/Backward button placement.Fantastic construction and grip.Micro receiver. You can use 1 or two AA batteries.Excellent software program (Search the forums to get Setpoint 6.10 for 64bit OS).Significant on/off switch. The middle click changed the sort of scrolling, so I had to change the right and left scroll to take over for the middle click. You have to get rid of the battery cover to store the micro receiver.Employing one AA battery must give it a shorter battery life. (I am working with the two that came with it)Tracking is not excellent on really clean, clear glass. The battery power is down to 85% soon after a week of usage.I employed to have the Microsoft Mobile 6000 mouse with bluetrack technology and it works just as great as darkfield. That mouse was uncomfortable, only smooth scrolling, bad button placement. The receiver dock was nice though. I enjoy this Logitech mouse. Im going to stick with them from now on!

It clicks. Incredibly, quite disappointing. I have to rub my hands all over my glass table to make it oily, greasy, and nasty in order for this mouse to work on glass at all. The center scroll wheel is not a middle click button, which I applied to use religiously. The USB connection device has concerns that plague the net without a resolution. (Google "LCC Connection Utility") I have had lots of goods over the years from Logitech and love them all. This one mouse has broken that cycle, and given me less faith in Logitech.

As it says "works anywhere" that I have tried. Have not tested on glass yet.Fits in my laptop case which is small.Hyper-scroll is beneficial although not utilized a great deal.Batteries have lasted 5 months with daily use (Ӱ hours/dayǛ days a week)Nano receiverForward and back buttons are a ought to and their location on the very same side is really nicer, now that I've utilised it, than one on each and every side of the mouse.Case is nice and the mouse fits in perfectly. Appears type of heavy at initial but I have gotten used to thatNot as ergonomic as I had though. It took a although to get employed to the shape of the mouse.

Wireless and AA batts. Will double click on its own about 50% of time. If you are dragging you drop item.Major left and appropriate button springs are so lite that a slight twitch produces a click.Software non-functional. Can't do macros ƒ-3 keypresses for 1 button). Says it tracks so well but working with ษ "Pro" mouse-pad it skips poor. Appears to go to sleep right after like 60 secs and you have to wiggle bigtime to wake it up. Employed to enjoy Logitech but if this is the "New" Logitech I'll pass.

- Toggle in between typical, detent scrolling and cost-free-wheel scrolling with the click of the wheel (and it pretty much seems to spin forever!).- Little Unifying receiver hardly takes up any room.- Included SetPoint software program lets you assign unique functions to any of the 5 buttons, plus up/down scroll, and left/right side scroll.- Darkfield Laser Tracking allows you to use literally any smooth surface as a mousepad. When the package says, "The planet is your mousepad." that's not hypoerbole.- Comfy rubber side grips.- Feels superior in the hand, despite the comparatively little size.- 3-year warranty.- good small zip-up travel bag. - The included SetPoint software isn't ready to go for Windows 7, but it's truly not that massive of a deal.- Honestly, it *could* be a little larger for those with larger hands, but then it wouldn't be the Anywhere Mouse MX, because it's intended to also be utilised on the go.- The two side buttons could have been a little larger, also. I don't know if I could advise this mouse extremely enough. I just wish I didn't overpay for it at AAFES.

* can be applied by correct or left * has a on/off switch* weight feels incredibly good* nano unifying receiver * have been employing it for much less than 1 year and mouse is failing me, it does double click most of the time (its hard to move icons/files/folders)* Battery life doesnt last that long (compared to VX nano, duracell lasted over 6 months, with this one didnt last over two months)* customer service Employed to be very good, i sent them three e-mail and even posted in their forum without having a reply to my thread there or email from all the 8 mouses i have bought in the past three years from them, i have troubles with 4 already, the other 4 that are working had been bought about 3 months ago.i like logitech merchandise and thats why i have been getting items from them (own 2 cordless rumblepad two controllers and works like a champ!) and have been telling my pals to get their items (was about t o get a wireless keyboard too) but i guess i will pass and feel about an additional brand (i had a mouse that lasted me over 7 years, not saying brand, it was wired but it lasted long time, i guess i will go back to them)

We love the small unified receiver that supports this mouse. Our prior mouse had a receiver approx. 1.5-2.0 inches long. Much too inconvenient. It was in the way all the time. This mouse works well on all surfaces, as advertised, but it is pricy--for a mouse.

Fair price for a GREAT mouse. Tiny USB transmitter can stay in PC and performance is top notch. Every other wireless mouse is so far behind this mouse, it is not funny. I love it so much that I am buying a second one for my work PC.

Great wireless mouse, maybe $20 overpriced
Comment:
I had bought a new laptop a few months ago, and for Christmas I wanted to get a nice wireless mouse that was simple enough not to have to remove the wireless plug-in. This mouse works very well on all surfaces, has two side buttons, a nice working middle slider and another button that works as the third mouse button behind the slider. The battery life last a long time which is a plus especially when I go places where there aren't any batteries for miles!

THe only reason why I bought it, is because it is using the same unified USB receiver of my keyboard. Love the precision of it. Would have prefered having it a bit bigger, but considering my hand size, it is still great to work with. One thing that is excellent is the scroll, NO notch and yuo can fly with it. It just spins freely. Love it !!

Great Wireless Mouse

It has a beautiful design, nice grip, and works on any surface :-) The only downside is the hefty price. I recommend this mouse for anyone who can afford it. I have not tested it for gaming, but I am pretty sure it will be good, the grips on the side help keep your hands on spot every time and doesn't make it sweaty.

Awesome mouse!!!
Comment:
Awesome mouse!!! I have been waiting for a mouse that works on glass and here it is. Now I don't have to tape a piece of paper to the top of my glass desk anymore! :) I really like the small USB receiver that you can just leave in your computer and not even notice it's there. Then just turn on your mouse with the switch underneath whenever your ready to use it. Amazing! Logitechs are awesome!
