Obviously NCIX wants to clear out their PS2 inventory and this is a great deal when on sale, but come on, couldn't you at least include a PS2 to USB dongle (priced at about $0.50)? Oh well, still a good deal.

This is for internet or office use and it gets the job done. Nothing flashy or fancy about this keyboard/mouse combo. The keyboard feels well constructed except for the mouse. This is not a gaming accessory but it does what the everyday user would like.

this is a awesome set for a lower cost computer .. good quality and price .. only problem is that they are both ps2 so you will have to check and see if you motherbord has 2 ports

Use for homework and internet. You can still use these two for gaming especially for younger kids. Like a lot people said, good for everyday use.

This combo is pretty neet, typing on this keyboard feels good, you don't need to press really, it's not a gaming combo, but it's perfect for everyday use!

It's a Logitech ! What else can I say . It's like back in the 80's and 90's , when Sony was all the rage ."It's A Sony" was the common household phrase when talking electronics . that's the way I feel about Logitech ! Keyboards and mice and trackballs ... got them all . And they take a beating .This keyboard is simple . No bells or whistles . No fancy Net or Media programmable buttons ...Nada . Just a lite , yet large keyboard , with soft keys (no rattling) . Mouse is your standard wired optical (a little on the lite side) and works fairly well . My next one will probably be a gaming keyboard . Logitech , of course .

I bought this keyboard and mouse combo because I needed something decent that was under $30 to fill out my new build. These work just fine... nothing special to say about them, but they do get the job done. Definately grab them if you're looking for a quality mouse and keyboard combo without spending much money.

It's not a great keyboard but you get more than what you pay for. Feels a bit cheap, mouse is small, typing on it is a bit more challenging than other keyboards.

Do you know how hard it is to find a decent keyboard these days? It's often quite a challenge. The old AT style keyboards were great, but now hard to find or quite expensive. Well, this keyboard is great. Affordable and reasonably well built for the price. The keys press down nicely without being too stiff or lacking a tactile feel. The keys are well positioned such that it's easy to type fast on. The keyboard is a full layout, unlike many of the new cheap compact keyboards whereby the arrows and insert/delete  keys are crunched in too closely. The optical mouse works well. I would definitely buy this set again if the need were to arise.

Its a great basic keyboard. The keys are nice and quiet, and it does the job well. One of my favourites so far...It has a nice soft touch. I only have the KB tho, and cannot comment on the mouse (and lack of USB connector) This review was modfied by poster @ 04-30-09 06:02 PM

It's a key board. You pust a button and the symbol on the button appears on the little computer TV. It's like magic. I wrote two other detailed reviews on an adapter and on some Memory and I got zero credits so I am doing a keyboard review. Years and years ago I have an old AT key board that had a wide key layout. I never hit two keys at once when typing on that board. I accidently through it out when cleaning one day. Never found one like it since. My fat little fingers always hit two keys instead of one. I wish I had that old keyboard. It was so heavy I could have cracked open someone's skull for not giving me my review reward points, or if I had to defend myself from a cyber-perv.

Good little keyboard/mouse combo, I just threw them in my tool box. Works well, I'm quite impressed with them. for 14 dollars on sale, can't go wrong.

It's a basic keyboard and mouse, nothing too fancy--it does what's it's supposed to and the build quality is okay. I got this for a budget build that I don't game much on so it suits my needs. One of the quirks for me is that the keys are louder than what I'm used to but I've grown accustomed to it.

I bought this keyboard for a budget build.It is a normal keyboard that I prefered over a microsoft of any other brand. It is fairly simple, it is standard not shortcut buttons. I bought it with pp it was cheap. You could also check for the ex 100 models and for the wireless version that can be found for like.. 30$. I recommend it for a server.

Had 3 dead keys out of the box, spacebar, comma and "i" did not work at all. However I'm still rating this as "Very Good-Would Purchase Again" based the customer service I received from Logitech, rather than the keyboard itself.Contacting NCIX I was unhappy with the customer support. They wanted it shipped back to them at my expense. Apparently I got the wrong kind of shipping. If I had gotten a different type of shipping I could have shipped a dead unit back for free. As this was NOT clear during the purchase, I'm not happy with NCIX since the shipping is most of the cost of the item. When you factor in all the hassle of repackaging it etc it is MORE than the cost of the item. After a phone call to NCIX customer service I was sent back to the website to navigate the "RMA" system and I still don't know what RMA means. Felt like a "buyer beware" setup while dealing with them. First time I've had a problem with an NCIX purchase and it was completely unsatisfactory.So I contaced Logitech and they are going to send me out replacement keyboard for free. Very different experience and I'm happy. I'm guessing they had no problems doing this since it's a low end cheap device, but might have been more difficult if more money was involved. So even though it's a very generic keyboard there is a benefit from going with a known brand name like Logitech. (Assume if I don't update  this review that the replacement arrived with no problems.)

For this price, this thing rocks. For office/home use I cannot think of a better combo. For gaming, there's better mouse out there but the keyboard is great.

very very good quality it seems so far the keys are nice and loose (actually writing this review using the keyboard)i bought this purely for the keyboard because i was using a POS generic one that you need to press very hard to write withoverall if it were just the keyboard id rate it a 10/5 because of its quality and pricethe mouse will be a good backup and will leave it in my drawer but i wouldn't want to use it for every day useoh and P.S. the windows keys on the keyboard are the newer style glossy windows logo (it was a nice little surprise for me and i find that the keyboard looks very nice)i would recommend this to anyone wanting a cheap PS/2 compatible keyboard I wouldn't recommend this for the mouse.I'm giving this combo a 5/5 because of the keyboard and for its price is absolutely amazing qualityso to sum it up....you want a great keyboard for really cheap get this....you want it for a mouse...don'tif you want a little cheap set for a kid or something or a server or anything you won't use every day then id say get this
