Pros:Does exactly what I wanted: function as a HTPC keyboard/mouse integrated combo. Comment:
Connects flawlessly to windows xp PROVIDED your computer has bluetooth built-in like my Asus W7J (haven't tried with a bluetooth dongle).One thing to note is that the Windows home key and the function keys are replaced by mouse right and left buttons. Doesn't annoy me so no problems there.As for the trackpad, it is a tad small but is very responsive and if you increase your cursor speed then it shouldn't be any problems. |

Cons:What would be nice though is if it was a way of getting the keyboard to actually work in games. If there is I have not found it yet. I am a die hard PC gamer and would like to use a keyboard for playing games on the PS3. Not to much cons about the keyboard, it is a keyboard and it performs it functions like it is supposed to.
Pros:It makes it a lot easier when browsing the internet. No need to use the onscreen keyboard that can take forever to type in a web address or when emailing somebody. The keyboard is still great for it's intended purpose. Comment:
Only thing I noticed was I actually tried sending an email using the PS3 and the keyboard, something I had never attempted before I got the keyboard, while sending an email Iyou can only type so much before you send it, you can not send a long email. This is of course no issue with the keyboard and I did try sending one using the regular PS3 controller and the same happens. I figured it must be somethig to do with the PS3 memory. You do not actually type in the email field box on the internet but in the dialog box for the PS3. So the keyboard will not helo the PS3 out to send a longer email than the controller would. |
I have a bluetooth dongle & connected this keyboard to my XP Pro computer without a hassle. There is no cd that came with the keyboard, it was installed as HID device.
