Logitech G400S Wired 8BUTTONS 4000 DPI Optical Gaming Mouse
Cons:Graphics are kind of interestingcord feels a bit flimsy

Pros:Super AccurateGood shapeReliable
Comment:
Great mouse! Very accurateThe sizing i would say it is a medium shaped mouse... its not too big and not too small.Software is pretty decent. I mainly use it for FPS gaming and it does the job. It is the "reliable" mouse when I need to make frags.

Logitech G400S Wired 8BUTTONS 4000 DPI Optical Gaming Mouse
Cons:None!!!

Pros:-Amazing tracking-Clean look-Solid Build
Comment:
I have never reviewed such an amazing mouse. If you are hesitant to buying this, I can assure you it is something incredible. I even found it to be better than the g400. All those other companies claiming to have pro mice and such either have acceleration, and are not worth the price. Logitech is an outstanding company with amazing support. No wonder their mice are this boss.

Logitech G400S Wired 8BUTTONS 4000 DPI Optical Gaming Mouse
Cons:ugly ugly ugly

Pros:reliable, just enough feature, high dpi
Comment:
It high dpi, comfy and the extra buttons are well placed. The finish and feel of the plastic is very good, smooth but still has a little rubbery grip feel to it. i have the older grey model at work, had it for the last 4 years. still works great. When my razer mouse started making double instead of single clicks decided to change. Decided to go for this less fancy mouse but still highly reliable mouse and save some money. I kinda knew what i was purchasing so no surprise here other than how ugly this thing is. the pictures really dont do justice to how much of an eyesore this mouse is. Looks like it was designed as a unlicensed starcraft peripheral youd find in a dollar store in south america. even the logitech logo is uglier than ever. the packaging is nice though, hides well that such an horror sits inside. I give 3 stars because i would not purchase again. i think value wise this mouse deserves 5 stars but id pay 30$ more to have something better to look at. im just that empty inside.

Logitech G400S Wired 8BUTTONS 4000 DPI Optical Gaming Mouse
Cons:cable still un braided but i guess thats for saving moneyDont really prefer the new texture and i expect it will fall off / rub off anyways eventually.

Pros:lookstrackinggaming performancecomfortpriceimproved cable anchoring over the g400 non S
Comment:
Bought this because i use G400 non S on both my main rig and work pc which doubles as a gaming pc also. I like to keep my mouse use relatively similar for comfort and tracking i am used too and can predict from years of use. Like the later g400 this mouse has native no angle snapping or prediction which is great for gaming. Also has a optical sensor that is considered widely to be best on market. and its comfortable and similar to the MX 510 and MX 518 and identical shape of the standard G400. The new texture or coating on this mouse i do not prefer over the g400 non s my grip is not nearly as sticky as with the semi glossy finish on the original g400 that said some of it was coming off already anyways so i don't expect that to last under heavy use. my friend actually liked the texture so i guess to each their own. to be fair i prefer the MX510 texture and finish over all mice so if that gives you insight, as i find although its glossy plastic my fingers can stick to it like glue and i can grip it much easier. so back to the mouse its pretty much the same as the g400 non S they improved the cable anchoring system so it cant pull out like the g400's were prone too doing that should be a good thing for longevity. the dpi is bumped but i only use 800 dpi anyways so what ever. tracking is great as always and no prediction or angle-snap cant really ask for more there. standard gaming response times for 1ms keeps everyone happy. the graphics will be a hit or miss im guessing i prefer plain looking perifrials but my friend thought it looked neat. Mouse ended up going on my guest pc eventually i kept my g400 non S on the main pc essentially the same thing without the new coating. I did not buy the mouse to replace my existing G400 anyways i bought it for hospital use on a new gaming laptop and after discharged set it up on guest pc instead. Its a good replacement if you are replacing a MX510-MX518 - G400 or a G5 as its as close as your going to get for comfort. i do how ever wish logitech would release a G400 with the identical mx510 original body and plastic exactly the same with new sensors and technology inside. id get one for sure.
