Ergonomic - truly is comfortableWireless - ultra smaller USB radio with unifying functionProgramable keys - 3Application Switcher button - like ALT-Tab only greaterZoom - enables you to zoom in and out without reaching for the mouse No numlock light included - seriously miss that feature - dumb to leave off such a simple point on such a really good keyboardThey do not make a trackball mouse with the "unifying" function. Another dumb move by Logitech trackballs are considerably much more ergonomic than any mouse you have to move about. Regardless of the flaws it is a nice keyboard. It is extremely light and has good range. Keys have a fantastic tactile feel. Not like the old IBM keyboards but good by todays standards.

This has got to be the most comfortable keyboard I have ever typed on. The wrist rest alone makes it that substantially far more comfortable. With the Logitech SetPoint software package it is genuinely simple to re-map distinct buttons on the keyboard. I re-mapped the application window switcher to the Flip3D function in Windows and can flip by means of my windows making use of the zoom keys above the application switcher key. It's rather fun to use!An additional small factor this keyboard has that was a Should HAVE for me is the devoted calculator button. I use the calculator all through the day and it's really helpful getting a devoted button for the calculator. I hope Logitech continues to put this button on all their future keyboards.Of course an additional pro has to be the Logitech Unifying receiver. I purchased this keyboard along with a Logitech Efficiency Mouse MX and was in a position to sync both with the single receiver which frees up yet another USB port on my laptop. I have two gripes about this keyboard. In order to make up for lost space, Logitech squished the Residence/End/Delete/PageUpDwn keys together. They are in a different orientation than most keyboards. Certainly when you get utilized to them it's fine, but if you switch back and forth between diverse keyboards it may well be somewhat of an annoyance. An additional concern I ran into was the Play/Pause media key. On my old Dell USB Enhanced Multimedia keyboard, I could press the Play/Pause button even when my media player was not in concentrate and it would nonetheless pause my music. On this keyboard, this only works a quite tiny percentage of the time unless I bring my media player to concentrate. This could be a lot more of a software program problem than a hardware problem even though. All in all, I would Hugely advocate this keyboard to anyone who is looking to obtain a thing ergonomic. This keyboard has already saved me from wrist aches in the week that I've employed it.Just before getting this keyboard I known as Logitech help to see how wide the actual keyboard was to make confident it would fit on my desk, and amazingly sufficient I only had to go by way of a couple menu choices and I was talking to an individual who spoke clear English in only about 10 seconds right after going via the menus. This tends to make me feel even much better about giving Logitech my enterprise!

This is the very best keyboard I've used, even though I've pretty much generally stuck to the regular keyboards in the past. So I could not have a large library of keyboards for comparison but I am very satisfied with the comfort level of this item. The typing is really quiet, the wrist pad is heavenly (eliminates a require for a gel pad), and the curvature of the keyboard just works.I also greatly appreciate the a variety of shortcuts that are offered (all the media play/pause functions, hotkeys to word, excel, calculator, e-mail, any URL or plan, etc.) None. I don't even mind that it has no CAPS LOCK or any other LED indicator, due to the fact I figure this will element into longer battery life. Instead, a small indicator is shown in the bottom portion of the screen in bright green text. Fine by me.

- Lots of extra functions.- Keys are fairly quiet.- Slightly comfortable.-Doesn't attempt to stab you in the eye when you're sleeping. If you call for quick response or excellent efficiency, Remain AWAY FROM THIS TRAVESTY. At times the input lag is a lot more than 1 second! I cannot comprehend how this made it into manufacturing. This does not only impact playing games. In the course of normal typing, there will frequently be a delay followed by repeated keys. You basically can NOT trust this factor. If I had purchased this from newegg, I would have returned it in a heartbeat. Unfortunatly, it looks like I'm stuck with this. Going back to my "Microsoft World-wide-web Keyboard" which is more than 5 years old and greater than this one in practically each and every way.Another 50-some bucks down the drain.

Functions good and really responsive. The Wave crucial format assists me kind like a hot knife through butter. Incredibly intuitive and you won't have to relearn how to kind like you would with other ergonomic keyboards. The keys are smooth and not entirely quiet so you know you hit your key, but quiet enough not to be annoying like an old typewriter. I can literally type for hours and not get cramps or fatigued. I'm shocked Logitech hasn't produced more models in their G-series that use the Wave format. The shortcut keys are logical and intuitive. If you use unique programs besides the default for a shortcut you can use the updated software from the Logitech web page and have any shortcut important open anything you want in Windows. I highly recommend this keyboard. Not all the shortcuts are accessible in Ubuntu Linux. If you have two unifiers on two different systems you have to use the Windows' Logitech software to unify your peripherals with every single program before it will sync and become useful. If one of your systems only runs Linux that peripheral will only run on the technique with it's original unifier or the program you unified it with utilizing Windows. Therefore if one of your systems is not a duel boot you will only be able to use it with the system with Windows. Therefore the loss of one egg. Not a major deal due to my Desktop getting a duel boot and this keyboard becoming larger than my laptop/netbook for portability. I bought it for my desktop

Wireless function appears to function just fine. Appears to be built properly. Not truly a con as such, but it's not as 'ergonomic' as some other keyboards. At function I use the Microsoft Ergonomic 4000, and I really like it--rather of rotating your wrists inward, your hands rest on the keyboard as if you had been playing bongo drums. Quite comfortable. This item isn't a heck of a lot a lot more ergonomic than a standard keyboard. If you're utilized to a split keyboard like the MS Ergonomic or the Adesso ergonomic, don't expect the very same 'feel' with this 1. Unrelated, but when is Logitech gonna make a USB or wireless version of the Trackman Marble FX ? The PS2 version of that trackball is head and shoulders above any other input device I've ever employed (I've observed them on auction internet sites for 踰)--wake up, Logitech, you're ignoring a loyal group of customers.

Wireless, included some installation software program that installed without having a difficulty. This software merged nicely with the software program installed for the Logitech keyboard. Does not function with the Logitech "unifying" feature included in the Logitech wireless keyboard puchased at the same time. The do make normal mice with this feature but not a trackball. Does not appear as well built as my years old Logitech hardwired trackball. Took off one egg based on this observation... however it may well serve just as nicely as my old 1 did. This replaced my old wired trackball. After employing a thumb trackball no other mouse is great sufficient.

this thing feels fantastic, really comfy to use the keys are bit strangle to get used to immediately after employing a slim and flat keyboard with built in trackpad for a few tears. the wrist support is so comfly i was socked the initially time i utilised this keyboard, matter of reality i'm typing this assessment on it correct now. only reason for the four eggs is mainly because just like the logitech mouse i bought to go along with this keyboard the range from the receiver entirely sucks. get too far away and the keyboard becomes slow and unresponsive. the sweet selection to pair this keyboard with my mouse on the very same usb receiver to save on port usuage is genius.

I've constantly liked the Logitech Cordless Ergonomic (earlier versions), but this 1 is the finest I've had. I've utilised several MS ergo keyboards at function--have 1 of the newest, and it doesn't come close to this in terms of comfort, touch and tactile feeling. It's ergo, but not distorted like some of the newer ones are. Not certain why my sound up/down has stopped working. Very same batteries as when bought, so greater mileage as mouse, but true for other Logitech cordless keyboards too. Incredibly pleased with this keyboard.

I have been shopping around for a good wireless keyboard that would suit my needs and I have to say that this one, blew me away, I especially like the small usb receiver, I don't have to worry about smacking it off the front of my machine or anything. Definitely two thumbs up, for both the keyboard and TG's service.

Saw this same keyboard but with the mouse combo at Staples for 50 bucks 3 days after I bought it here. Very disappointing. Features are easy to access and big buttons are great. Programmable f keys also very nice unfortunately you have to hit the FN key before hitting an f key. Lags sometimes but the receiver is under my desk.
