its a nice cpu cooler,smaller than most coolers but still slightly blocks the first ram slot a micro atx board. Clips in a little hard, make sure you install this with mobo out of the case.

Even though it's only been a week since I installed this unit, it replaced a smaller Mass Cool unit that I installed 2 yrs ago which from the day it was installed was noisy but recently sounded like a bearing was going dry. The new unit came with a slightly taller heat sink but still fit the chamber with no problems. Total time from shutting machine down to back up and running was approx 30 min and is very much quieter even though the fan itself is larger than it's replacement. No out of stock problems with the site and product was delivered in 3 days standard shipping. I based my decision for this product on the reviews of others on this site, so when you order from them, please fill out the review section when they send it to you. It helps a lot.

This is a great cooler the heatsink is good heavy aluminum and not flimsy at all. The fan is pretty quiet but not silent. The performance is real good and keeps my 2.5 AMD athlon x64 bellow 77'F. The clamp is ok but could be better the plastic piece on it gives the impression of weakness but is actually real stout. my only real grip is the fans power cord, it would look better sheathed. The fan also comes with some thermal grease. All in all for the cost this is a great cooler,it hits all the areas just right.

I had the stock cooler on my CPU. The fan started squalling and finding a replacement for the small fan would not have been easy. I ordered this and installed in minutes. No problems. The longest time was removing the factory thermal paste. My temps went down from 98F and 125F, to around 68F to 85F. No noise problems, it can't be heard over the 3 92mm case fans. It keeps my CPU nice and cool. I do recommend this cooler. It works a lot better than the factory cooler.

I used this on a new build but bought it only after I had installed the motherboard and power supply. I used an MSI K9N6PGM2 AM2 mobo. I had to remove the power supply before the clamp could be engaged. My Bad. I should have purchased the fan when I bought the CPU and power supply. It seems to be a great product and is very quiet.

Bought this to cool a Phenom X4 9750 that I got with a barebones kit. Keeps it at about 32 celcius at idle and just above 40 celcius while gaming and running applications that are resource heavy. Not the best on the market, but if you are looking for a cooler that does what its supposed to do well, than you cant go wrong with this bad boy. Would buy it again.

I built my first computer with a barebones kit and the processor didn't come with a fan so I bought this one. I thought it would be a piece of junk, but it hasnt disapointed yet and i've been using it for a month. my only regret is I wish I had bought an extra for back up.

This powere supply is excellent, it is quite has all the items for either AMD or Intel CPU's it has ide connectors and sata power connectors it also has 20 and 24 motherboard main connectors so for the money a excellent product

Had to replace my existing fan to accomodate cooler extensions on memory. This fan fit my needs and still kept cpu temps at the same level as the larger fan that I replaced. It was easy to install.

Bought this fan thinking it would be better than stock and i was sadly mistaken. Temps were around 10 degrees more than the stock fan on the amd phenom II 940. Returning it now and going to try a higher quality fan.

This is a good replacement cooler. I.E. better than stock. It's nothing special. But it is a good value cooler that is better than the stock cooler. I was looking to replace my cooler on my AMD2 Athlon 6000+. It's very simple replacement. Fits just as the stock. This has a much bigger fan than stock. Also the metal design is much better than stock. Then fan that i recived was just slightly off square ie fan mounting on the metal. One screw was just out of wack. That is purely the looks tho. This is a great cooler. Works good keeps my CPU cool. Good value. CPU runs 30s idle and low 50s maxed out not too bad.

The fan was purchased for a barebone system I built for a friend. I monitored the CPU temperature after powering up, and the AMD Athlon X2 4400+ is running cool. He primarily uses office software, uses the Internet, and occasionally plays games.

Im blown away as to how quiet this fan is. Even with the side panel off of my tower its hard to hear it at all. I've installed it on a AMD Athlon X2 6000. Running Battlefield series games processor temps are around 46c using speedfan to measure the status.

I purchased this fan with an OEM AMD MOBO Bundle. It is amazingly quiet. Keeps the temperature low and at a steady pace. Best low noise fan for the price.

Reading the other reviews, and seeing the price and looks compared to others, i thought this would be a temp. cheap way of cooling a CPU until i can afford a new one. YEAH RIGHT!!! This is a really durable, great heatsink. It keeps my processor runing at about 69-75 degrees. and about 80 tops after i play GTA IV.
