Its cheap, you get a lot for the cost. Its not arctic silver, you're not paying an arctic silver price tag, so don't count on that type of functionality. I have ordered this before, and it continues to perform just fine and dandy, I didn't require it this time, as the heatsink i bought came with pre-applied grease.

LOLLLL It's so funny, that all of the bad critiques state that it was messy, or required a "spreader".Dudes, if you are saying that in a review, your just applying it incorrect...... and the thermal conductivity numbers/ratings..... those are just myths, perpatuated by manufacturers. The only issue you will need to do, is location a DOT, the size of a couple grains of rice, or a quarter of a pea, and make certain when u seat it, wou wiggle it around a little. Purchased this for an old HP Pavilion with a P4 processor. The grease that was on the heat sink was just about all worn away over time. Cleaned the area and applied this grease. Temps dropped a very good ten degrees Farenheit. Grease was uncomplicated to spread.There is adequate grease left in the injector to do 2 or three more processors effortlessly.For the price this is a excellent deal. None.

Temps fell about 20 degrees celsius on a Socket 478 Pentium 4 three.2GHz I want the temps fell had fell a tiny far more. Not substantially in the tube. But for the cost you cant beat it. I was acquiring temperatures about 60 celsius idle and about 80 celsius load. after appling this paste my temperature fell to about 49 idle and 62 load

Far better than stock TherGrease but you get what you spend for. Two Dollars much better overall performance. Not as substantially temp transform as hoped for...about 1-2 degrees Celsius. I would recommend spending a small much more and shopping for Arctic Silver Ceramique which is only 2 dollars additional but so worth it especially at higher temp.

It's thermal paste, it's cheap and it operates completely. And I got bunches left more than. None. No difficulties with this item. I purchased this thermal paste to fix a Compaq V2000 series notebook that had no thermal paste among the CPU and the heatsink, and the fan was operating at one hundred% all day, shutting down due to heat, and the CPU throttling itself to half speed to retain itself from burning up. This paste did the trick, as soon as applied it now runs cool, quiet and at total speed.

Ease of application. The syringe applicator tends to make it effortless to dispense the compound, but a spreader would have been nice. Bled from chip. Many months right after the compound being being applied to my notebook processor, the chip started to heat once again. Opening the laptop or computer and getting rid of the heat exchanger, I discovered that all of the heat sink compound had bled from the interface. Reapplication dropped the chip temperature by 10 degrees. The viscosity of the compound above 55 degrees is too low, enabling the compound to be squeezed from amongst the sink and chip.

Making use of it on an Intel D 820 two.8GHz with 3Gb RAM. Not overclocking. Have had no troubles with this grease. Temps are stable. Excess cleaned up simple. Tons left in the tube. None. I'm not a high-finish OC guy and I'm not constantly monitoring my temps, but my XP technique has been operating stable for a month, so for my purposes, this grease is just fine.

Keeps your CPU from dividing by zero. Much more than enough in the vile. This stuff is thin and runny! What a mess! Trying to smooth it on like the Silver stuff was a negative concept. It performs and the cost is proper, but this won't be my initial choice next time.

It did do what it was really should have I guess. This stuff only brought my cpu down 2c. I would go with anything else. This stuff is incredibly messy and doesnt do a good job of cooling the cpu.
