Very good cheap card.. I installed on each CentOS five and Debian Lenny linux with no troubles, it detected the hardware and loaded the correct drivers with no difficulty. I applied four barracuda 1.5 TB drives which it picked up fine (no need to have to flash the bios). I did not attempt the onboard RAID, but setup a linux md raid5 array which runs fine. The documentation is unreadable gibberish, but luckily I didn't require it. I haven't benchmarked it, but it does look a tiny sluggish on significant transfers. No real complaints although. I would advise this card for use in linux, and for the price tag I would purchase it again.
