Pros: -with all the said problems with the asus board i went with this board-oc genie II Comment:
-i got this for 179.99 have i waited i could've gotten the 20 dollar mir which would've made this mother the best deal avaiable. OC genie is a great feature and all however itdoes have its pros and cons. First it overclocks to 4.2.ghz with no effort however the 1155 chips overclock pretty easy i got it to 4.3ghz with lesser voltages than oc genie so mixed feelings about this feature. Great buy for 180 bucks. |
Installed this with the new 2500K sandy bridge and paired it with G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600booted up in bios without doing bios update
