Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:None at the moment.

Pros:Curve is awesome.Multimedia keys.Calculator button.Excellent quality.Silent buttons, almost like a good quality laptop keyboard.Easy install; plug and play.
Comment:
I think this is a good quality keyboard and at that price, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this keyboard to anyone, whether you game, type, work, browse, or basically anything. The curve gives the user a great feel, though the buttons aren't the same size and may take a few minutes or so of typing to get used to it. Overall, 5/5!

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:no wrist rest, but I guess I shouldn't be needing one in the first place.

Pros:less key travel means easier for your fingers
Comment:
It's a keyboard with a curve that is supposed to make it more comfortable to use, so far it's pretty good to type on. It has a curve that's not too much, so adjusting to this is fairly simple.I like this keyboard a lot!

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:No PS/2 compatibility (if that's important on an older system), wish keys were even lower-profile

Pros:Great bargain, key feel is awesome, curve is subtle and helps de-stress your wrists without being too radical
Comment:
What a bargain! I found this keyboard after looking at many more expensive ones. The key feel, while not quite the same as a laptop, is fairly low-profile and feels reasonably crisp and responsive. Infact, I found it atrocious how more expensive keyboards like the Logitech G15 have a very clunky and mushy feel to their keys.I'm a two-fingered typist (most of the time), so the slight curve works well for me, without throwing me off balance like a total ergo keyboard. It's quite the innovation. There are a few customizable buttons at the top, but overall, bang the buck considered, I haven't seen something to replace this yet. Down the line, I later got a more expensive Wireless Laser Keyboard 6000 with sort of a similar layout and integrated wrist rest, but the wirelessness caused it to skip keys occasionally, which was pretty frustrating.I've written so much on this Comfort Curve 2000 in the last almost-year, and really have to recommend it. From this expended experience, it's worked superbly for me.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:Not really a gaming keyboard, would not say its a comfort keyboard, but its definitely an improvement over laptop keyboards.

Pros:Cheap, handy short cut buttons, full sized keyboard in a small package
Comment:
Used this to replace my laptop keyboard, I much prefer to have number pad and a full sized keyboard. Its a pretty nice keyboard; basic, but it does have several quick button short cuts which come in handy. For some reason I really like the keyboard because it has a short cut key to Calculator, which seems really handy! Other buttons include pause/play, mute, vol +/-, back and forward, home, search and mail.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:none

Pros:quiet typingcool design
Comment:
This is probably the best keyboard i have ever owned. Thing looks nice on my desk and I love the fact that the keys are fairly quiet while typing. Aside from the space bar and shift key, every other key barely makes a sound. If your looking for a very nice keyboard with a decent price, then look no further then this great piece of hardware.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:- keypress is not full depth and somewhat soft touch (keypress feels like a good notebook keyboard more than a desktop keyboard) - some might not like this feel, especially for extended use.

Pros:+ slightly curved+ not that big+ low profile+ mostly black+ stylish in a low-key kind of way+ doesn't have a standby/shutdown button that can be accidently pressed like my old keyboard+ apparently spill resistant+ quiet (except for the space bar)
Comment:
A USB keyboard. No PS2 option that I saw. Hopefully you won't run out of USB ports like I did... Also don't forget to set your BIOS to set it in legacy mode. For older computers this might be a problem. Also has a few buttons above the keyboard, mostly for media use. i.e. back, forward, play/pause, mute, vol+/vol-, web/home, search, email and calculator. If doing lots of typing (e.g. reports, papers, etc.), I would suggest that you try the keyboard out first to see how it feels for typing (for keypresses). If not use to the slight curve this keyboard has, don't worry too much about that, you should get use to that fairly quickly.

Cons:not compatible with PS/2 (not working on converter)not enough function keys

Pros:Comfortable, quiet, notebook like design, cheap!
Comment:
A stylish and comfortable design from microsoft. The C/P rate is excellent. The only concern is it will suck up one of my limited USB port n leaving the PS/2 port open.and this keyboard don't have the normal crappy F-lock function.

I bought this to replace my old keyboard. SO far so good. have no problems with this.. comfortable keys. Works with no installation etc. and all the keys are intact and not changed like the new keyboards do. On Sale there is also mouse coming which is also good. Has all the media buttons you need and some extra for computer use. The curve design really helps the hands to relax (i dont know why though but really helps) The only bad thing is that it works only through USB.Highly recomended! Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:-Gets dusty (black)

Pros:-Curve reduces wrist strain-Quiet keys-Media keys don't need drivers-Standard 6 keys above arrow keys
Comment:
After using "standard" keyboards forever, I definitely started feeling wrist strain. After switching to this keyboard, the wrist strain disappeared. The price is good, the colour is classic black and it doesn't need any drivers for the media keys to work. I also hate how most new keyboards eliminate "insert" in exchange for a larger than life "home" key. This keyboard has not messed with the standard key layout. For the price, you can't do much better than this, especially if you want to rest your wrists.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:USB only, space bar key louder than others

Pros:Soft, notebook style keys, quiet, no software installation required, good price
Comment:
If you like keyboards that have a similiar feel to the Thinkpad keyboard, you'll love this keyboard. The keys are quiet and soft (except the space bar, oddly), and the slight curve is not difficult to adjust to at all. Also, the keyboard requires no software installation, just plug it in and all the keys will function (in Windows anyway). The only downside of this keyboard is that it doesn't support PS/2 (hence they don't include an adaptor) and is strictly USB only.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:Intellitype software, not as ergonomic as some

Pros:Compact form factor, nice feel, useful hotkeys, price
Comment:
I recently purchased the Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard to replace the bargain keyboard that I had had for several years before that, and I have to say that it is fantastic. I use my laptop keyboard a lot, and I'm happy to find a keyboard which has the seem keyboard feel with greater comfort. The curve really helps to make this a very comfortable keyboard. It isn't as drastic as the Natural Keyboard, but the advantage of this keyboard is the compact form factor. I didn't want a monstrous keyboard taking over my desk, and this one does quite nicely. The extra hotkeys are also useful, especially the volume controls, but I had issues with the Intellitype software from Microsoft. It seems to cause issues with the built-in hotkeys on my Dell Latitude, so I uninstalled it and the hotkeys still work fine, even if I can't reprogram them. All in all, this was a worthwhile purchase, and definitely worth every penny of its very reasonable price. Cons:- Tab Key sometimes sticks

Pros:- Soft keys- Web Navigation buttons
Comment:
I LOVE this keyboard! I transferred to this keyboard from another, older microsoft natural keyboard. Transition was easy. The ONLY gripe I have is the TAB key sometimes sticks down, which is a pain. I might pull the key off and see if something is wonky under there.

Cons:Took a couple days to get used to the curve. Cannot be plugged into the PS/2 port.

Pros:Curved layout, keys feel like a Thinkpad laptop keyboard, soft to touch.
Comment:
I bought this keyboard when it was on sale and came free with the Microsoft Optical Comfort 2000 (maybe 3000?) Mouse. I figured for the price and with a mouse, it was a good deal and worth trying this shape. I was not completely aware that the keys would be like my Thinkpad laptop, in the sense that they are not deep keys and don't need to be pressed down too far. I like that, though. Now I am used to the curve and can type just as quickly as usual on the keyboard as my old one. I would buy this keyboard again. Overall, I like the design and am happy with it.

Got this one on sale with the free optical mouse. Excellent keyboard - the keys are responsive and tactile - at a wonderful price. However, I still prefer my Microsoft Natural keyboard, although this is a close second. Highly recommended.

This keyboard looks good. When you type, the feeling is good. But when you get used to it, switching to another keyboard feels weird since you're used to your curve lettered keyboard. But since its home use, i would'nt bother.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:Not very many extra keys

Pros:Very comfortable, great feel, manageable size
Comment:
I've never really liked the "natural" keyboards but my wrists have never been happy with a regular straight one. This is the perfect compromise between the two styles, and is very comfortable. If you're a Mac user, this will work, although I would point you towards the Wireless Desktop for Mac (I think that's what it's called) which has a wireless version of this keyboard with Mac-oriented keys as well as a wireless mouse. All in all, a highly-recommended keyboard.

Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 Keyboard English USB WIN/MAC Black
Cons:Not many extra keys

Pros:Perfect keyboard feel; price
Comment:
I like keyboards that only require a light touch to type, and this keyboard has the perfect feel for me. The keys have a short travel to them and don't require a lot of force to type, but their still clicky enough that their not mushy feeling either. It's like a full-size solid laptop keyboard. And since it's a Microsoft product, it seamlessly integrates with Windows. And it's a great price too -- this has to be the best $25 keyboard on the market. It's a little bit short on programmable keys in my opinion, but it does have the basic multimedia keys which can be customized to perform various other functions. If Microsoft could put this type of keyboard feel in their Ergonomic 4000 keyboard, that would be the perfect keyboard for me and I'd never look for another one. The Comfort Curve 2000 though, is now my new favourite.

Cons:- took a day to get used to the curve

Pros:- quiet keys- feels good to type on- USB!
Comment:
This is a nice alternative to the split keyboards for those who are good but not great at proper typing (it's great for everyone too though). I love that the keys are quiet without using laptop keyboard keys like some of the smaller keyboards do. I'm a big fan of the F-Keys (F2-rename, F5-refresh, etc) so I was really glad to see that this keyboard doesn't use the evil re-mapped shortcuts keys. It has multimedia keys at the top but they don't make the keyboard overly big which is how every KB should be done. Best of all it's a great quality keyboard for a great price.

Excellent keyboard that I can reccomend. I don't see why the reviews made a fuss about no wrist rest. This thing doesn't need one if you type properly.
