Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack
Cons:None for my everyday use
Pros:Windows Media Center for ota tv recording Comment:
I use it on a computer I recently built as a HTPC. Media Center is truly exceptional and handles my hauppauge 2250 capture card perfectly. The program guide (though tweaked a bit) works for Canada and allows me to program a series and go back and forth during any showing. With an official Windows Media Center supported remote, I'm having a blast watching free tv! Oh, and I use it plenty to listen to music. |

Great OS
Comment:
I had heard rumors about 7 being the new XP as far as stability and ease of use, and I agree. I installed in on a computer I just built and it is working wonderfully. It is very fast, supports all the software I've thrown at it via the compatability function, and looks pretty to boot! |

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack
Cons:None
Pros:Price when this is on sale its quite affordable and versitile. Comment:
I have purchased and loaded many copies of this operating system and its the operating system I recomend to most of my clients. The one thing thatreally impresed me is how versatile this operating system is. I mean you can load this in pretty much and 64x capable system and after you load there is only a minimal amount of setup to do so so much faster to load than xp or vista for that matter. |

Nice upgrade for Win XP
Comment:
While I cannot make much of a comparison to Vista, as I never used it, this is a nice operating system if you like XP. Very user friendly and many options to customize. I like the Gadgets and the run compatabilty mode for older programs. |

hiccups
Comment:
I had a problem with Windows installing on my new (barebones kit) system. I had to have a friend install Linux first and then Windows recognized the hard drive and allowed for partitioning. I've also experienced some system freezing which shouldn't happen with my i3 processor and 4 GB ram. I suspect there are still some Windows glitches to work out. Love the interface of Windows 7, but found out that not all software I like to use works with 64-bit OS. Overall, I'm pleased with Windows 7. |

Worth Buying
Comment:
This OS is worth buying, although you must be aware that some companies are not ready for Windows 7 64 bit browsers. If you need to download a lot of things it is better to go with the 32 bit. Or you can get Windows 7 64 bit and download another browser such as Firefox. |

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack
Cons:-Not Ultimate
Pros:+Green+DVD Comment:
What is there to say about this? Its windows, its 64-bit and it works well. I would not go as far as to say its soooo much better then Vista. They are based on the same core. There are many tweaks that make it ideal for a new build. I will not be upgrading my Vista systems just as I did not upgrade my XP systems. |

After using the Release Candidate for months, I could not switch back to Vista; this was the price point I was looking for. I love Win7. |

Great buy!
Comment:
It's Win7 Home Premium 64bit at a discount price, it's hard to beat. Wasn't sure I'd like Win7 but after playing with it for a week or so I can't say I regret finally upgrading from XP. This is the successor Vista should have been. |

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack
Cons:Can be a bit difficult to "fine" tune it the way you want it.
Pros:Very snappy OS. It's very responsive. It looks great and is very easy to install. Comment:
Windows 7 in my opinion is the best Microsoft OS to date. I've used a lot of different Microsoft OS's but none of them have impressed me as much as Windows 7. I took part of the Windows 7 beta and was really surprised on how well the OS worked. Things are made simple (not all of them) and definitely appeal to new users. I would even go as far as staying it is the most stable OS I've used (next to Windows XP). I highly recommend this OS for anyone. |

Fastest Windows Yet

I was very suprised with the speed of Windows 7. I think that it is the best Windows to date. The only thing that I don't like is the lack of an email program. |

Very good deal
Comment:
Windows 7 lives up to the hype. it is a very intuitive, fast, nice-looking OS. Vista had more form than functionality, but 7 has both! Jumping from XP to Win7 has proven challenging, but it just takes getting used to (esp. when skipping over Vista). This deal is well worth it. I checked with a few retail stores for price and they were coming in at around $200. TD's deal was a no-brainer. |

MicroSoft is close to getting it right!
Comment:
If your computer has the horsepower to run Windows 7 (64 bit), then make the switch! It is to Vista what XP was to ME. Only problem I had was during installation after initially loading the files, it goes to a blue background with leaves on it and appears to be hung. Mouse cursor works but there is no progress bar and little to no hard drive activity. I tried reloading the software twice before I found a forum post where someone said just walk away from it. Restarted the loading process, got to the screen described above and came back 15 - 20 minutes later and it was sitting there at the next setup screen waiting on my response. After that the load was flawless. Windows 7 is awesome! |

Windows 7 64bit is the OS I have been waiting for. It puts all previous Windows OS's on the obsolete list.
