Pros:Great cooler, very quiet, great performance, easy install.
Comment:
I bought this to replace the stock cooler on my fx-4300 and having never touched a heat sink before I was able to easily install it to my surprise the directions were very good. It lowered my temps a lot and still remained quiet.

This Noctua cooler is great if you are looking to improve on stock cooling in terms of both cooling performance and sound. These are also great because they have 100% compatibility with any sort of RAM, even those with large heat spreaders. You can also add a second 120 mm fan if you want, only one is included though.

Noctua NH-U12S LGA2011/115X AM2+ AM3+ FM1 FM2 Slim Heatpipe Heatsink Cooler w/ NF-F12 120mm PWM Fan
Cons:None at this time

Pros:Beautiful constructionSolid constructionExcellent packaging and accessories (compound, mounts, fan, ect)Incredible included NF-F12 fanExcellent size and RAM slot compatability
Comment:
I purchased this fan to cool a new Core i5 4670k. The heatsink is expertly manufactured and solid and the included accessories make sturdy mounting easy for all sockets. The mount feels incredibly solid and the included screw driver makes the whole process take under 5 minutes. The included thermal compound seems to do a great job.The accessory package is extensive, with everything from compound to mounting hardware and a Low-Noise-Fan-Adapter for the included NF-F12 fan and rubber corner grommets for an additional NF-F12.The cooler is sized to offer near 100% RAM compatibility and so far this claim is correct. The size is perfect for a mid-sized tower and for most motherboards. I can't say enough about how solid it all feels and the temperatures it can achieve. At stock frequency with automatic boost clocks, my i5 4670k idles at 27C e 3.8GHz and runs at 50C load at the same clocks. I plan to overclock and I have confidence that this cooler will keep my new CPU cool for years to come!

Comment:
i7-3770K (Stock speeds for now)Sabertooth Z77Installing this was SO easy coming from a guy that had a fair amount of trouble installing a Hyper 212 Evo. It literally takes 5 minutes. Compared to stock cooler, it is roughly 15-20C cooler depending on the game and is extremely quiet even under load. It does not block any RAM slots either. It does cool a bit better than the Hyper 212, although the 212 is better value for your money. However, the easy installation, 6 year warranty and superior build quality was worth the extra $30 for me. If you're debating between a closed loop cooler or air, go for something like this. It's MUCH quieter (I've had the Corsair H100i) and there's no chance of a leak. I'm kind of rambling here but I'm just so impressed with the quality and performance of the NH-U12S I'll wrap it up. Don't hesitate to get this even for a minute.
