When you have to play with the setting in the Bios
Comment:
Adjusted the setting on my ASUS MB wit a Quad core processor and the system turned totally unstable, took out my Patriot Ram for this stuff to try and improve on speed and it was just a waste of money

Decent
Comment:
You do need to adjust your settings in the BIOS for it to run at 1066 but very stable RAM. Overall a decent product.

Good
Comment:
this is basically 800 ram overclocked to 1066. very good price when it was on sale right now the price is ridiculous(i only paid 66.99 plus tax for 4GB). You don't need more than 2GB of ram, i have rarely gone above 2GB even when running games, movies, apps etc at the same time. All in all good ram terrible price right now.

Best Product
Comment:
Before I got this 1066MHz ram I had 800MHz ram, so after I installed it I had to enter the BIOS Setup to change the setting. After that the ram works very well, no problems at all.

nice ram
Comment:
When you get this ram it shows up as 800mhz ram. So you do have to change it. Not hard to do. If you dont know how then you might not know what your doing. You may be buying the wrong ram for you if your not sure how to work on a computer and change settings of things, but its simple. So all and all its nice ram.

Great support but hard to OC
Comment:
I have 8gbs 4x2gb of these. Great memory, incredible difference to the SLI 6400 I had 800mhz. But I can't seem to get them to O.C. to 1066mhz. They are ridiculously stable at 800Mhz, I got them up to 900mhz, by raising the bus speed and voltage but it's killing me to get them up using the specified values. All mem tests state memory is fine. I'll keep trying.

Great ram is 1066
Comment:
you have to adjust your ddr2 timing from 4.00 to 5.33 to get this ram to run at 1066 and check the voltage req. before you change it your company should post the voltage of modules on the add so the consumer knows what they are buying! (a loyal customer)

Good Memory But wanted more.
Comment:
You have to go into your Bios and set it to get full 1066. Mine is set to 6 7 7 20 but I am goin to try to tweak a lil more see if I can get 1100. Try 5 7 7 17. You can't OC much, then it will become unstable. If I did it again I would buy something else.

great product.
Comment:
Got this for half this price few months back (60 dollars). Asus mobo and Phenom X4 quad core and it runs great on linux and windows. If you're contemplating on buying, wait around until it drops a bit. It seems there are good deals occasionally. It's well worth it.

Careful with the clock speed
Comment:
The memory great over-all; I got it for a lot less some time back, but I would recommend it. It's 800MHz not 1066 as they label it, unless you over clock it, so make sure your system has that capability.

No complaints...
Comment:
I have a Phenom X4 II Quad CPU, so there wasn't any problem after setting my BIOS so these could run at 1066MHz. Haven't had any problems with them at all and with 8GBs, my computer is running alot smoother and faster than with the 800MHz settings. I'd recommend if you have a Quad Core CPU.

Good RAM but needs set-up
Comment:
I am running 4GB of this RAM on an ASUS mobo with an AMD Phenom II Quad core. The mobo detected it as 800Mhz. The SMD info lists it as 800Mhz. To get it to run stable at 1066Mhz I had to manually set the timing and voltage in BIOS. The timing and voltage are both listed on the DIMM. If you have a problem with this RAM check the timing and voltage in BIOS.

Comment:
I paid 45 dollars for this kit 7 months ago it is great memory but what is up with the price of ram every single kit has a least doubled in price over the last 7 months price fluctuations are normal but this is ridiculous

Great!!!
Comment:
Great ram, I have 8Gb and it is flawless, the only down side is you have to have a quad core prossesor to run them at there highest speed, 1066, other wise they run at 800 with dual core, still love them to death, I am getting 205fps on games with a gtx250 Zotac video card the ram boosted it up alot. OCZ rules, they are easy with returns to, thanks.

Could not get 1066 mhz
Comment:
Used these in my build with Biostar TA790GX 128 and Phenom II X 4 Black Edition. Unable to get to work at 1066 Mhz but very stable at 800. Therefore they were expensive for 800Mhz

Great Memory
Comment:
These two sticks worked excellent for my newest build! They scored a 7.4 out of 7.9 on my Windows 7 operating system! This dual channel set works awsome with my AMD Ph. II 550 (with all four cores unlocked), Asus M4N87 mobo, and an FX 8600 1gb video card (which needs to be upgraded soon). I must say great job OCZ for this product and thanks for quick delivery :D
