I would have had nothing but great things to say about this little compact, faster than average, usb drive... but I like to store it on my keychain. Portability is the selling point of these form factor drives after all.Read some good/great reviews about it's performance, noticed it had a lanyard attachment and all was good.First thing I noticed when it arrived is that the ring I'm supposed to attach to my keychain is made the quality of those 25c 'toys' in gumball & junk machines that lurk outside grocerystores, luring children to waste their hard fought cash in the same way I just did.I certainly hope the plan wasn't insideously for me to use it and loose it, (as i found too late in the AMAZON product comments that everyone else did) and buy another to replace it.Why would a company with the reputation of OCZ make such an inconsiderate choice of material? It must have cost 5c to make the part, if they spent maybe 75c it would have been perfectly fine... Why skimp?And more of the same with the ill fitting (and same quality plastic) cap that, hopefully, falls off in your pocket.OOO damn you, OCZ! If you hadn't just announced your outstandingly reviewed, benched and priced upcoming 240gb sata3 Vertex 3 SSD - I'd probably not be trying you again for a while. Fool me once... |

I bought the 4gb version of this for 7 dollars (and it had a 3 dollar rebate on top of that)... I basically bought it for price.I wanted to come here to mention that I just ran it through my washer (but it missed the dryer) with the cap on. After insepction it seemed like no water got insid eof it, so i pluged it in. All is good! |

I got it during the sale so $12 or so for a 16gb is definitely worth it. On hindsight I should have gotten two instead of just one. Just to note however is that as with all the USB you do not actually get 16gb. This one capacity is 14.6gb. |
