Capacity. If your device doesn't assistance SDXC, this may well be as far as you go. It's a bit slow compared to other Class ten rated cards, but does meet the spec. Shooting RAW images on a Canon 18MP camera yields ㅏMeg pictures, and the buffer fills up much more rapidly than when making use of the de-facto regular brand of SDHC cards, but of course these cards expense 5x what this 1 does.A much less demanding camera or video recorder will not have a difficulty. I'm currently utilizing it in a PMP and it functions perfectly.

32 GB of StorageRapidly study speed None that I have discovered I recently switched my laptop from a 500 GB spinning HDD to a 240 GB SSD. Since of the space reduction, I no longer am capable to shop multimedia files on my laptop.I got this card to retain in my laptop's constructed-in SDHC slot to shop multimedia files I think I will use although I'm traveling, and it has worked with out a hitch. The read speeds are sufficiently high that the card can preserve up with movies and other such becoming played directly from the card without stuttering. I have less be concerned about the write speeds due to the fact I'm not making use of it in a camera. Reliability is not considerably of a concern for me, simply because I have the files archived elsewhere. To me, this was a somewhat low cost way to upgrade my storage capacity significantly with out paying for a larger SSD.

Operates excellent in the Canon Xsi... not so nicely in the Canon HF200. The camera finds it, but can\'t use it in HD mode. Which is why you purchase an HD camera. (It will record in typical definition) So despite the fact that I have a use for the card, I removed an egg since it only operates for it's intended use in 1ǘ devices. ๠ is also significantly for a device that's semi-compatible.

It functions... ...like a Class 4 card. Bought it to shoot HD video for a Canon Rebel T2i. Initially time I employed it, it shot for a minute with no complications. After that, it would cease immediately after 3-4 seconds of recording due to the fact it was also slow. Tested it in my personal computer and it averaged five MB/s. Judging from the evaluations beneath, I am torn on no matter whether I should actually attempt to get yet another one of these. In this case, I feel it would just be safer to go with a much better name brand. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Customer, We're sorry for any inconveniences this may well have brought on you. Please don't hesitate to speak to support@patriotmem.com for any technical questions you may well have and we'll gladly appear into the issue. Thank You for choosing Patriot Memory! It is the correct size...even then they catch/stick just slightly in my D7000...other people do not. Does NOT perform reliably in a Nikon D7000.Annoying...I purchased four of them...USELESS for the D7000...Manufacturer suggests you return them for "warranty"...they say the are "working" on a fix...not holding my breath...genuinely bummed...can't use my camera...

Cons:None!

Pros:- Inexpensive SDHC 32 GB storage- Class 10
Comment:
I bought my first 32GB SDHC Class back during the 2011 Boxing Day Week sale. At the time it was $35 and I think it's much cheaper now (seen it as low as $19). Great price (even back then), solid, haven't failed (yet), and it's fast enough for what I need it to do. Works well with my Canon SX10, Kobo, and misc file transfers. Would buy again!(already have two more since then)

Big, quickly, great price for the size. Doesn't perform in my new 2011 Macbook Pro. I bought this to take on vacation with my new Sony DSLR camera - it works really nicely and is noticeably faster than the earlier one i had. It works ok in my older iMac, but it does not operate in the SDXC slot of my new 2011 Macbook Pro. Other cards I have perform in the MBP just fine but not this one. So that left me high and dry on vacation with no way to appear at the pictures I had taken.Very disappointing.

Works excellent in Panasonic GH2. Even high burst ࿈fps of 4MP images) will not bog it down. With this card you can just snap away, until your finger hurts :P I identified the plastic utilised nonetheless kinda flimsy. Great value for Class10

Warranty Period Cost Can locate Less costly memory, but you are paying for the 5-Year Warranty. Operates just as well as my 8gb class 2 memory that I purchased a lot of years ago for my Canon IS790. There is no performance difference other than not getting to be concerned about operating out of space on this new one.

PATRIOT 32GB SD CLASS 10
Cons:The physical strength of the SD card isn't that great. (The outer shell) After 6 months of use with the tablet, to move data it to PC and vice versa, caused the square corner of the SD card to crack and fall off rendering it useless and also causing the grief of trying to get the broken piece out of the SD slot in the tablet.

Pros:Works great right out of the box. Read and write speeds are with in the standards.
Comment:
Worked with Toshiba Thrive 16GB. Physical outer shell is really cheap plastic.Great for those who use for the camera and just leave it in there for long periods of time.I would not recommend this to transfer data from one device to another repetitively in short periods of time.

Newegg gave me a full refund. The card was old and had outdated firmware. Patriot did not care about the customer sufficient to pull the card following massive failures to perform on the extremely well-known T2i. Under no circumstances shopping for Patriot once more and have already returned the card. Thank you Newegg, your awesome! The card I received had an old version of firmware that would not allow it to record far more than five seconds of video Soon after I had taken a picture. If you format the card and do video only with no pictures taken what so ever then it will appear to perform. Soon after contacting Patriot on the issue it appears these cards had problems with the T2i and that even after so many issues with them failing to perform, Patriot Never ever pulled them off the shelves! Soo apparently there are new versions of this card with this supposed fixed firmware that are now becoming sold...With the outdated cards. Soooo if you order one its mainly probably a hit or miss of no matter if or not you get a new card. I would advocate obtaining the Transcend 32gb class 10, as this is what I got and is working good so far and has high ratings with of compatibility with the T3i and T2i. Why risk receiving a bad card and possessing to wait yet another 2 weeks to use your camera?

At 20 dollars for a class 10 32gb SD card from a reputable brand like Patriot I can't complain. The speed is about 17mb/s depending on your source of the information. HD tune showed better results than my real world tests, but at the moment I am not entirely sure which one to believe. It's definitely faster than my Adata SD cards, which is nice.I have purchased a 8gb LX from patriot before so this is already my 2nd. This review was modfied by poster @ 04-22-12 11:28 PM

Drive write overall performance was about 15 MB/s on my 32-bit systems. Product does not appear to be detected by most 64-bit systems.
