Even though my Dell 2400 is pc2700, the pc 3200 took to it just fine. The PC is now 768 Mb RAM and there was a marked improvement.

The first stick I ordered caused serious stability problems when used in an ECS PM800-M2. I ran memtest only to find the memory failed. TigerDirect quickly and easily replaced the part with the same exact product, fixing all of the stability issues. It's now running smoothly beside a Kingston KVR400X64C3A 512 stick. Thanks!

I bought four sticks and it works great with my Intel MoBo. I checked PNY's web site for compatibility before I ordered.

I didn't have any problems with this one. It plugged right into my Dimension 3000 and booted up without having to flash the BIOS or anything. You can't beat the price after rebate, either. Thanks, TigerDirect!

I installed this today when I got it, I currently have 3 slots for RAM. The first is the PNY 512MB PC3200, second is an Ultra 512MB PC3200, and the third is a 256MB PC2700 (no idea what brand). No problems at all with it. Although I did get the dual sided stick sent to me unlike one of the other reviewers got. Thumbs up from me.

Im all for cheap but this memory definetly has compatability issues.. Best to stick with ultra or get more high end ram. IT did however work when I replaced my motherboard but I know it was still compatable with my old one!

I ordered the 1024MB pack that came with the PNY and the ULTRA and when used together my motherboard would not load. I found it to be the ULTRA that had the compatibility problems and Tiger Direct was nice enough to exchange the ddr so I have 1024 of PNY and my machine works great.

I also tryed the PNY. My machine would not get past the boot. Then it would freeze at login. I am now running the ULTRA 512MB and US Modular 512 MB with no problems.

I was upgrading my computer from the old PC133 SDRAM to a new motherboard and the new DDR - PNY 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory. I have seen a HUGE performance boost and I will definately be buying more. It is a fantastic value for the price. I would definately recommend this product.

Ordered two sticks of this and neither worked. Forget incompatibility issues, I just wanted to see windows load. Tiger D was nice enough to RMA it. I'm going to pay the extra ten bucks and go with Ultra.

I'm not really sure who to blame on this one, but both PNY and Tiger are willing to do the right thing to fix it. The memory that Tiger ships has retail part number D512MPC32OPT, but PNY actually ships three versions of this part. If you use the PNY configurator, it will list the ''retail part number'' above, and a ''PNY part number''. It is the PNY part number you need to go by. The part that Tiger ships (according to the PNY tech guy) is the high density, single sided part that only works well in a small percentage of motherboards. Tiger tech support insisted it should work in my motherboard and offered to excahnge it for an Ultra part (that definitely works in my MB) but I wouldn't get the rebate. So Kudo's to Tiger for at least offering a replacement free of charge. It took me about two days to get through to PNY's tech support (if you want to talk to a live person, call early in the morning) and they are exchanging it for the right part and I get the rebate.

A uncompatible module of the memory was sent. Make sure you to check memory using the ''Configurator'' on the PNY's website. PNY replaced the memory with a compatible one for no extra charge.

Received today 2 x 512 MB, one Ultra and the other one PNY. My motherboard is among the other MBs on PNY website as being compatible with this mem chip. The ULTRA chip works perfectly. The PNY doesn't. My machine doesn't start at all. At this hour I'm on hold for at least 45 min waiting a PNY tech support.

Added this yesterday to up mine to 1 gb. Nothing but memory leaks since. PC reboots at will or locks up with address error. May just be a bad one. The other 512 is an Ultra and haven't had a problem until installing the PNY.
