Affordable following rebate and operate without issue so far. This memory is not a genuine PC2-6400. RAM timing is five-5-5-15-20 at 667MHz like other PC2-5300 and 6-6-6-18-24 at 800MHz which is very slower timing than other memories'. Great item until you comprehend what is the RAM timing. The manufacturer might be Samsung according to the SPD data, M3 78T5663QZ3-CF7.

Affordable, 2x2 is a nice upgrade. Causes crashes. Every once in a whilst this personal computer now bluescreens. This is unacceptable, and its rating must be decreased accordingly. Comes with a heatsink. No other pros to speak of, although. I purchased TWO sets of these. 1 of two sticks was bad from the initial set. Each sticks were poor from the second set! WHAT A JOKE! I am using an Intel Negative Ax two board and applied the latest version of Memtest. I did not anticipate such awful results from this product and I am very dissappointed. My laptop or computer was blue screening all more than the place with this garbage installed. Do your self a favor and get a distinct item.

hi pals hi friends, when i ordered this this factor i believed it was a good deal and performance in this price .but when i got this it shucks.one stick good and 1 was bad in pack.i tried to check for each and every indivisualy but it was crrap.than i get in touch with to customer service they say "no challenge we will send you a new pack and send back the old pack". great thing is this New Egg is handling the return much better then I would have thought. so now m waiting for my new stuff and hope that will perform ..........

Ok got it and thought issues were great but I discovered out got 1 poor and one very good in this two pack. The 1 worked good, I had windows 7 and this 1 two gig stick ran it and got me via. So for that I say this was a great product but I have to subtract for that. Would have kept it but I don't want one poor 1 only to buy 1 later. New Egg is handling the return superior then I would have thought. 1 bad stick in a two pack that sucks. Just to avoid the hassle I would recommend the second brsand I found to and they each worked a set of cruciel 2GB.

Wonderful price.PNY is a excellent brand, generally works for me.Heat spreaders.Great for just about any situation, even gaming.Free of charge DHL shipping was rapidly enough. "Void warranty" stickers.If you want to put some other cooling device on your ram, you will void your warranty though removing the heat spreaders. Utilizing this on a Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4 NVIDIA nForce 650i Motherboard.I don't oc. So the warranty stickers aren't an issue for me. I don't know how to test for certain if the cas latency is a actual number, or 'enhanced truth' from the manufacture. However, for what I do (gaming on vista, and work on ubuntu) it works fine. Utilizing linux, I have not yet observed my swap being utilised at all.

I haven't purchased this item yet, but merely the cost is sufficient for 5 *'s. I truly bought this precise product at one more shop for 160$ right after tax, and strategy on returning it and ordering these. Not advertised well enough, I guess.

The replacement memory worked. NewEgg has wonderful costs and service. PNY makes good items, but 1 of the matched pair was DOA. Laptop or computer would not load at all when it was installed. PNY apparently didn't test it. They didn't want to correct their error and stated to sent it back to NewEgg for replacement. The replacement worked, but what a hassle to uncover and fix the difficulty. The cost dropped and had a rebate soon after obtain.My initial NewEgg RMA. Get your email right after submitting and use the bar code from the e-mail to put on the RMA package.
