Got 4GB's worth, knowing I will not get much above 3GB because 32 bit XP has its limitations, nothing to do with any brand of RAM. I would need a 64bit version of Vista in order to use 4GB or more of RAM, but my usable 3GB RAM I have now in XP is GREAT and FAST and CHEAP. GOT IT?.
mac Rating: Review Date: 06/09/08	Patriot 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Comment: The memory itself works fine. I combined it with some Patriot Extreme memory and could no longer overclock the CPU. XP Pro also reported 3.4 gigs of ram instead of the 4 gigs it should have reported. Two gigs of the extreme with a AMD 9850 overclocks to 2.8 Ghz, with this RAM added I have to set the clock speed back to the original 2.5 Ghz. I have removed it as it will not support the overclocking.
