Cons:-None
Pros:-Low price-Price\Performance Comment:
Couldn't say no for the price. Purchased on sale for $93.99. Haven't over-clocked yet but everything else is running fine. These PC6400 were cheaper then some of the PC5400 I was looking at. This review was modfied by poster @ 10-31-07 06:05 PM |

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
Cons:Moderately high voltage (2.2v) to run at advertised speed and timing
Pros:Good timings Comment:
Those sticks run as expected and now they're cheap. Even though the speed gain from 5-5-5-15 to 4-4-4-12 is modest, for this price it is worth it. One thing though ... no news from the mail-in rebate yet ... 3 months ... |

Cons:Requires 2.2V so make sure you can change your mobo settings
Pros:Low latency ram at a solid priceWell constructed Durable Comment:
Great ram, although I had to set the timings and voltage manually in my BIOS. (Gigabyte P35-DS3R) I also like the black heatsinks on them. |

Looking for an awesome deal and amazing performance with room for OC? You will find it with this ram. One of the best pc2-6400 ddr2 on the market for the price. I shopped around at many different sites and did a lot of stat/price comparing and these by far beat the rest. No problems installing it on my M2N-SLI32 Deluxe. Just plug and play. You will not be disappointed. I would would definitely buy again. |

Cons:None
Pros:- Can handle 2.4v without a problem Comment:
Bought this because of the tomshardware review and best bang for your buck. Runs stable (9 hours memtest) at 850Mhz 4-3-1-1. I could probably tighten the timings up even more but this will do for now. |

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
Cons:-Warmer then some cheap no name stuff running u 2.0 volts with the same timings-2.2 volts for the specs timings(says it on the package)
Pros:+Cheap+EPP ready Comment:
Got this to with the hopes of some cooler ram. its warm/hot but runs well one lower voltage then my old stuff.Would buy again for sure.EDIT....it seems you need a slight boost in voltage (about +0.1 - 0.2 volts) to run 4 stick of ram on the p35 ds3r, so its the same voltage as the old stuff. just needed to up it when i use 4 sticks(4 of this or this and my old stuff). Also the ram temperature is not effected by this small voltage increase(its still 0.2 under the stock 2.2 they recommend). So once again... great ram This review was modfied by poster o 08-30-07 06:53 PM This review was modfied by poster @ 10-11-07 09:38 AM |

Pros:overclocking capabilityPriceLow latency Comment:
Decided to give those DIMM a try after reading Tom's Hardware's review about overclocking RAM. I am not disapointed. Run very stable. The only thing I needed to do was give them +.4V to get them working perfectly. Very good choice for the price! |

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
Cons:none
Pros:Superb performance and value, good "uber" >:] looks, self epp detection, awsome over-clockability. Comment:
This things are arguably the best performing ram at cirtain speeds, beating Balistix and running right up there with corsair's supper-dupper ram :], enyone who enjoys overclocking or just wants bang for the back ratio this is it, all u have to do is wait a bit for a good bargain to show up. Highly under-rated ram by the way , it self detected itself at 667n3-3-3-82-2T, and 4-4-4-10-2T at 800, it also run at 860 n 4-4-4-12 or 4-5-4-13 depending on the setup and cpu, and a sweet 5-5-5-12 n 1067, i need a better Mobo to trully finds its limits, awsome! thanks guys :) |

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Memory
Cons:Not fast enough, voltage can vary depending on your stock
Pros:Low cost for value ram, good overclocking Comment:
Tom's hardware ranked these as their best value for overclocking in cheaper ram. It's true they can be clocked quite high and not have problems, certainly more stable than my previous OCZ special Ops. With the rebate these are even a sweeter deal. It's too bad you get so much variation between stock for voltage but since they are tight to begin with, you will have more head room in your system. |

tom's hardware winner of value oc'd ram.http://www.tomshardware.com/2007/02/21/overclocking-9-value-priced-ddr2-800-kits/page5.html |
ive owned this ram for 5 months, OC'd to pc-7100 and around 900mhz (not near my pc at the moment) while keeping at 2.2v (seems high, but the ram is designed for it). im not pushing hard at all but im not going to try to send it through the roof, simply a great buy, cannot go wrong.
