Patriot 4GB Flash Drive (USB2.0 Portable)

These tiny flash drives are marvelous, quick and efficient, I am able to put substantial chunks of my archived information on these--using 4GB or 8GB and some 2GB drives. The size allows you to put years of information in your hand. The rubbery silcone that surrounds the memory is fantastic--dropping them is not a challenge at all. I am amazed when I can plug this tiny drive into my personal computer and not have to store too a great deal information on my major drive--which makes it possible for it to function faster. An intelligent and fantastic style and great performance. A+ I have located none. A actual breath of fresh air from so several poor styles and useless peripherals.

Smaller but not the tiniest flash drive although (check out the PQI flash drive)Great capacity ƔGB) for a decent cost Slow: maximum write speed is about 7.5MB per sec. No keychain or lanyard I bought this flash drive primarily to attach it to my crucial chain. It does not show considerably of improvement over my old Sandisk Micro.

Easy blank thumb drive with out additional software that it wants you to install.Works great.Compact style that can get even smaller if you slide of the rubber casing. None. The rubber casing is a bit neon for my taste, but at least you know it's your thumb drive.

It's truly tiny, and it works. nada it's not 32gb for 15 bucks.

Works great was bought primarly for the car stereo faster then the other usb 4gb sticks i have owned. Transfer of 3.6gb of music from windows media player on vista took 6-7mins no readyboost just sync from the windows media player. Its size is perfect for using in the car as its half the length of the average usb stick. Plugs in with ease in the car or cpu.

This USB drive has plenty of sorage though I would not purchase this but the Kingston 8 gb as it has more space.

I bought a whack of these for my staff and never had any complaints. Me personally, I have ran a few of them through the washer and after a few days of drying on the table, stuck it in and bobs your uncle.

really small size form factor so it easy to carry. the case is rubber so it is very rugged, and also include a light that indicate drive activity. prefect size to mount a dvd iso on to boot, that is a big plus

I first chose this on the boxing day sale until I saw the Corsair 8Gb in limited sale for 20$ - 15$ mail-in-rebate so I obviously sent back that Patriot and took the Corsair.

what can you say its a tiny little usb flash drive that holds 4 gigs (3.7 actually) and its insanely cheap. mine works great although i wish i had bought an 8 gig (not actually 8 gigs either lol) cuz this wont fit an image of a dvd on it.that being said this works great for putting music on ps3, plugging into car stereo etc etc.

its so small, its a blessing and a curse, cause I know im going to lose it eventually. But, its perfect for a laptop.and its blue not purple.

It's not purple, it's blue! Smallest flash drive I could find, great for transporting documents and the like.

Bought 4 of these, all work well. After I glued the mem. sticks into the skins the skins don't come off any longer when you pull it out of a port. Smallest USB Memory I could find for this price.

So cheap, so small, and so squishy. 4 GB for such a low price. Bought this as a USB boot for my eeePC, so I don't care if it is slow or not - it just has to work. I'll let you know if I ever have to boot with it, but for now it seems to work just as advertised.

These drives are terrific.The colors of these drives make them highly visible,it's less likely that you will misplace them.The silicon outer shell makes for a very good armor and the inside is stamped sheet metal.The speeds are good as well.It's faster than my kingston datatravelers. Now,the size is either a curse or blessing.It can make it easier to misplace but,the color kind of compensates for that.I find that it is very convienient,you could use them as a neclace or zipper pull...Yes,they are that small.I have the 2Gb drive and I am going to get the 8Gb version.These drives are great value.

These units are good value and reliable, I have some at various capacities and have recommended them to friends and clients.The rubber casing is a nice feature, though be warned: the bottom or 'body' of the case is not attached by any method, simply relying on friction and fit to stay on. This means as these units age, the body of the case tends to slip off when you're trying to remove the drive from a usb slot.That's minor though, compared to the cost savings and short size of these units. They fit nicely into the change pocket on jeans, for instance.There is a red LED activity light that is quite visible through the translucent casing.They need a well-powered port, and won't run off of my keyboard ports.

Haven't noticed that the rubber case is loose, like some other folks have commented. Fits nicely on a keychain. Fast - 15Mb/sec write speed on a 330MB file (Twice as fast as a 2MB Corsair Flash Voyager). Fantastic little drive.

My girlfriend use USB drive to get pictures of our son around with her. We used to have a 1 gb drive, but she wanted something smaller with more space. This drive fills the needs, it is now attached to her car key and bcause of is small form factor, it fits perfectly.

Great little flash drive. Ready to use almost immediately. I'm going to put a little drop  of glue to hold the rubber jacket on.

Great Drive for the price. This is the second one I have purchased now. Works awesome with my XP machines.

This drive is not terribly slow but not quite as fast as some other USB drives. The only thing I kinda dislike is that the rubber is not secured to the drive in any way, you can remove all of the purple rubber from both ends so if you attach it to a key chain it could come off and all you would be left with is a stupid rubber thingy.

nice storage space works flawless in windows xp machines, installs pretty much by itself and is ready to use in under a minute

It's a great little 4GB stick. I love the squishy casing. I do find it's slower than my 2 GB patriot stick, which is about twice the size. I guess you sacrifice a little for the extreme small size. It really is noticably slower.
