Patriot Memory Signature PC2-6400 DDR2 Dimm- 2.0GB

Picked up a second stick to go with my Asus M4A785-M AM2/AM2+/AM3 board. Going from 2GB single channel to 4GB dual-channel has produced a good distinction on my HTPC. None Newegg shipped it in a padded envelope. I'm skeptical of this method of shipping RAM, but it arrived in one piece, so whatever.

Cheep, Lifetime Warranty, it Operates! Didn't come with a toaster for my sandwich. Using in a HP Slimline Laptop or computer.

Place it in without having a difficulty, method recognized it, and it's improving system efficiency none that I can see Works fine, no porblems at all

I bought 4 sticks to upgrade my HP elite desktop, from 4 gb to eight gb. installed w/o troubles and it worked for about 3 days then....... whammm: It crashed my program..I checked all and once removed the newly insatlled ram the system worked once again. affordable, and you get what you spend for.got rma'd and on their way back to newegg. stay away and get a far better stick from more reputable organizations. so far running vista on my new develop it works wonderfulno troubles i havent teest it otu under high strain games and i am worried due to the fact there is no heat spreader on these im gonona obtain an additional soon

cost-effective, very good good quality none I've bought Patriot memory modules ahead of and haven't had a challenge with them. My recent buy of the DDR2 module hasn't disappointed.. I paired it with a Transcend 2Gb DDR2 800 and there are no hitches so far. It's even superior that Patriot is made in the USA.

I had no plans to over clock and no want to spend for a heat spreader. Nonetheless, I wanted RAM that worked - so I got this product produced by Patriot and on my motherboard manufacture's online compatibility list. I'm not afraid due to the fact its produced by Patriot and so far no complications. If you already purchased it know that it is listed as Finish of Production on Patriot's Site. Sorry about your luck.

Works as it must. Excellent memory for the cost. Upgraded a friends desktop. Dell Studio 540s. Huge improvement. Nothing comes to thoughts Wish I would have purchased a lot more. Out of stock now.

Good cost. I just upgrade my other PC & now it was time for this PC. I located that the cost was less costly then the G.SKILL but, then again this is DDR2 and not the DDR also it was a single stick and not two x 1GB. Anyways the PC recognized the 2GB with no difficulties. I decided to go with Patriot since, that's what I have in my laptop as well. None.

hey i plugged it in and it works. NOT DOA. what the ?? it shows up as 667mhz??? i hope its only the timing but only shows a s 667 not 800.hmm will have to check board support.

I have been making use of Patriot memory for many years and have never ever had problems or had to RMA a product. I bought 1 stick of Patriot DDR2 800 2GB to power my household Ubuntu 32-bit 10.10 desktop and it runs like a champ. Can't locate any. Keep in mind that most RAM does function proper out the box. I built a couple systems each and every year and I rarely encounter troubles with poor memory. I am also a massive fan of Kingston, but you cannot go incorrect with Patriot.

It does what its supposed to do, no problems. none Don't know much about the different types of ram but if you're an average PC user and just want some good low-cost ram then this must be great for you.

Popped perfect in to my new program with no fuss. None that I know of. Put this and a 1 GB stick in the new windows 7 box enjoy it.

I added this to my personal computer and now have 3 gb of RAM total. My pc runs particularly well with dual booting Windows XP and Ubuntu 8.04 64 bit. Also incredibly fast processing and shipping! None

Installed fine on my PC; I was able to tune the timing on the RAM quite a bit before it became unstable. Tested it with Memtest86+ and found no problems.There are cheaper CL5 PC6400 rams though, so if you're not too picky about timings do shop around.
