QuicklySlim form doesn't block adjacent USB port None so far Purchased this for friends that wanted an uncomplicated way to do a backup of their "My Photos" folder. Downloaded Microsoft's PowerToy, SyncToy, plugged in 1 of these, set up the folder pair in SyncToy, and 10 to 15 minutes later, 3,000 photos (about two.8 GB) had been synced more than to this flash drive. I purchased 3 of these 16G USB drives and I don't regret the choice. They replaced 3 older 4G Crucial drives. None that I can see to write about. The price was perfect. I got this stick just for general use, comes in handy when you want to share move movies or pictures and you don`t want to burn disks or host them online somewhere. It looks just like a plain usb key, nothing fancy about it but that`s fine. It was only around $20 when it was on sale recently so I happy about that.

Never ever lost information, fits perfectly in the rear USB connection of my XBOX 360 S. It doesn't make my xbox turn into Megatron.

I purchased 4 of these, one for every of my children and one for myself. So far they are all working wonderful. No hassles, just plug & play. I didn't use the included software program so no opinions there... None so far. I like buying items that do what they are supposed to do with no hassle. Appears to transfer files fairly swiftly but I don't function with too many huge files. Excellent cost point value & I feel you would be pleased with this Flash Drive. Fits in the back of my xbox360 arcade even though matching at the same time.Has a red LED that glows thru case.You can write on it with a marker.solid manufacturer. is outperforming crucial Gizmo it replaced (which does not fit in back slot) not cost-free

Relatively high speed compared to my previous USBs ྯMB/s). Low cost for such speed and the physical design doesn't suffer as other brands. It took about 11 minutes to transfer 10GB of video files. Its width is really smaller so that you can plug in yet another one of these appropriate subsequent to it. It's smaller than I expected ƒ.75"x0.7"x0.25"). It's white. Sleek finish is showing a couple of scratches already after 1 day. I'm certain the sleekness is going to dim down soon. I personally prefer something black with a surface that could withstand wears. I normally watch movies within this USB and the red LED won't stop flashing and it's annoying me. I will probably shed the cap soon. Actual obtainable space on my window 7 is 14.9GB. I have a SanDisk Cruzer Micro and it's quite slow compared to this. I'm actually pleased I've ordered this to replace cruzer. I was thinking of obtaining the smallest USBs which has no metal frame but I realized the frame give much far more stability. Those tiny flat ones are a lot additional costly and they ain't as quickly anyway. Think it or not, I spent at least two hours looking for a great USB drive. This is the best I could come across price-wise, speed-wise, and size(GB)-wise. I'm ordering a couple more for my gf and a buddy right after this evaluation :)

For the price, it's a really good investment. I really don't like Patriot memory modules (not reliable) but so far this flash drive seems to do the job. 16GB is plenty of storage.

Nice capacity, excellent cost A waste of money - incredibly slow. Have a number of thumb drives and this rates towards the bottom as far as speed goes. Really disappointed, have a pair of the 8GB XPorter XTs that are wonderful, but this is a slug. Appr 25% slower. Am wondering about Patriots QC or lack thereof....also had two sets of their DRAM lately that both contained dead sticks (bought locally), will be staying away from them till QC gets superior

For the price, this is a great value USB stick. I get about 18MB/s read (didn't test write speeds).However, the casing feels cheap and would probably break if enough force is put on it. Therefore, I would only recommend this for average (casual) users and not those that need something physically rugged.

While I've only had the drive for a few days now, I would have to say it's pretty decent. The drive itself has lots of storage space and the price was good for a reputable brand. In terms of speed, the drive was very snappy and much faster than the cheap OCZ Diesel drives which crawl. Running a speed test shows the drive tops out at about 22MB/s read and 12.5MB/s write. These aren't very fast numbers but I find them to be quite acceptable and more than reasonable for the price.My only complaint about the drive is that the plastic it's made of feels on the cheap side. To me it feels rather thin and hollow. Aside from that, it's a pretty good drive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced drive with lots of space then this Patriot drive isn't a bad choice.

bought two of these a week ago. One to use in the vehicle for music and the other just for storage of pictures and such and so far no complaints. everything seems to be working fine on them. they come in the fat32 format, So if you want ntfs you have to format them but no big deal. two thumbs up.
