Fast, large capacity, rubber coated! Doesn't get much better than that. Think about it, it is like having the conacity of 4 DVDs in your pocket that you can write to on any computer with no spiecal program.

I bought this Flash Drive based on the reviews. Extremely happy with the product. Rugged and great download speeds. One thing I really liked was that the Flash Drive came empty (no junk on it, unlike some other Flash drives I have purchased in the past). I am using this Flash Drive on my IMAC. No problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this Flash Drive.

I have never written a review for anything in the past. However, I just found my Patriot USB Flash Drive in my dryer, after already going through the wash cycle in my cargo shorts. For the hell of it I tried plugging it into my computer and to my complete amazement IT STILL WORKS!!! This is an incredibly durable drive and I love it.

I was impressed with the speed of this memory drive but I was not very impressed with how they designed the cap. The cap is only a tightly fitting rubber piece that slides on and off. Although I can see this working to keep out dirt ect., it doesnt seem to protect much against physical abuse of bending and banging which a well used drive will go through. However, if all you are looking for speed this drive is the fastest I have ever used.

I needed a large capacity usb drive to back up 14.5 GB of tiny files at a remote location. I bought the 16GB Xporter specifically for the speed rating. Compared to my other usb drives, the Xporter is flat out amazing. It's small file write speed is orders of magnitude faster than the rest. I did a benchmark test on all of my sticks and Xporter blew them all away. I was able to fill it with more than 20,000 small files in less than 2 hours and read them all off again in less than 30 minutes.
