When I first started using these CD-Rs last year, I didn't know anything about their quality level. But, after burning almost 100, I've had no coasters. So, these turned out to be a great value, in my opinion.Another pleasant surprise was that my latest purchase of these came in cakeboxes. The ones that I purchased previously were just wrapped in cellophane.Overall, I'm satisfied with this product. I've bought them in the past and I'll continue to buy them in the future. |

Just had these for a week now and burned two audio disks both of which are already skipping in my car. Might be just the speed i am burning at (48x and 32x) or maybe my burner is starting to crap out. I'll keep trying as i generally don't keep audio disks for that long. Still for $12.99 its a good price for 50 disks. |

Amazing discs,Not a single bad burn and they take some abuse. Much, much better than the Ridata discs, that have 25% failure rate on burning, and over 50% failure rate after 1 year. They are crap.Get these discs for sure! |

I got these on sale at 10 bucks, and I cant say how much its worth it. Most places sell 50pks for $20+ so for less than half price I was very happy. Only downside is no spindle, but its clearly stated in the description so its not a surprise ;) |

90% of the time, i just burn audio CDs that i toss in a few months. i usually would buy Ritek/Ridata, but my last batch were all coasters. i would get skips in all the CD players i tried.so now i bought these as they were the same price and knowing that they would probably be CMC Magnetics (which they are). so far so good. ill probably stick with these from now on as i don't trust Ritek/Ridata's quality control anymore, not even for CD-R's.these obviously aren't the best CD-R's on the market, so i wouldn't recommend putting any important data on these. but for audio CD's, these should do the job. I've found these a lot better than the Ritek. These burn with no skips and I have yet to get a coaster yet. Currently burning them with a Pioneer 212D. Pretty satisfied for the price I paid (weekly sale) $10. |

I prefer philips over verbatim or other generic because the quality is good. I was curious about the quality of shrink wrapped media, wrapping is a piece of paper, protective disk on top and bottom, in a plastic wrapping. Some cd's at the bottom of the pile looked a bit strange but i haven't tested all 50 of em.
