This headset works well with the Nortel phone we have in the office, wish we had bought the automatic lifter so that we could answer the phone from anywhere but still a good buy! The sound is fairly crisp and clear, some static at times but nothing too bad. |
Very good headset especially working with IP Telephony products (Cisco, etc). Only 1 draw back, had to call tech support to get the settings right. Documentation could be better.
