PowerColor Radeon HD 4350 AX4350 1GBD2-H Video Card

I bought this to put in a friends PC that only had on board video. He didn't want to spend of money but wanted a little better performance. I downloaded the newest drivers and installed it without a hitch. It did make HD videos play much smoother . I didn't notice any significant heat from it and the system did not show any temperature increases. All in all a great budget card.
