For the price you cannot beat this product. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of the name before but when I got it, the set up was so simple and the quality of the picture is wonderful.

I purchased this camera to chat with my daughter in another state and it works flawlessly. The drivers were installed on a vista box by her mother that is not computer literate and she had no issues at all. Great value, tons of features. Tiger as always made this purchase a breeze. I would highly recommend you purchase this camera.

Nice little web cam, don't let the low price scare you away. I had to run the setup 3 times but then it worked just fine on XP. The only thing that would improve it would be getting rid of the seperate mic cable and going all through the USB. I will likely buy a few more of these web cams for my other machines.

I am very pleased with this unit , which works much better than the built-in one in my HP laptop. It is a manual focus unit but for me that's a plus. And the focus range is amazing for a budget unit. In a test I was able to get it to focus well into the macro range, enough to resolve the individual dots on a laser-printed page clearly. Image quality is good and the white LEDs built in for supplementary lighting is a nice bonus. The unit's low-light performance is good as well.

Bought this camara 2 months ago. Installed it on vista home premium . I used it 6 times and now vista won't even reconize it. Tried unistalling reinstalling it still doesn't recognize it. Spend a little more money and get a better quality one.

Used this in Vegas to talk to grandkids back home with my xp gateway laptop which is four years old. I works. I had some trouble with the microphone. I couldn't seem to get much volume from it. But now my granddaughter hooked it up to her new acer desktop and is talking with her cousins overseas. She says all she did was plug it in (vista). Minute price to be able to visit your overseas family. Thankyou Tiger direct. You have the best stuff for the least.

I bought 2. The one hooked up to my machine running Windows XP has good video quality. The one hooked up to machine running Vista has poor (blurry to the point of barely visable) quality. One the cameras will not stand up on its own. The swivel mount is rest one will not support itself. It hangs limp and is unusable

Settings - Lots of control here, screenshot: http://bayimg.com/image/balknaabl.jpg (leave the default settings it does just fine!!) CONS: Unit has 2 wires, one for USB. The other is a 3.5mm stereo cable for your computers microphone jack. Most webcams with microphones only require a single USB cable / Bundled software: There basically isnt any. Youll need your own software to record video files. There isnt any included software to snap pictures with the webcam, but Windows has a built in way to do this (located in My Computer once camera is plugged in). None of this affects your ability to video chat on Skype, msn, etc. / No physical button on webcam to take a photo. Overall I highly recommend this camera to anyone, particularly people who will be using the cam for online video chatting. While more expensive cameras with pricey features (carl zeiss lenses, auto focus, etc) outshine this unit in the image quality department, the Prolynkz cam certainly doesnt have any faults.

this is an overall amazing camera i didnt expect much since i was paying so little but it does everything i need it to i can get still photos as well as video and i have been using it for a live stream with no problems i definately recommend buying this before you buy an expensive brand name camera....it does the job it was designed for well THANKS TIGER

This one is probably not the best of the bunch, but it's well built, has good performance and it's CHEAP. It's really 1.3MPix, the face tracking feature actually works very well, and for the guy complaining below about the LEDs being too bright... well, you might notice that there is a small wheel on the wire to turn them on and off and dimm them when you need to. I would surely recommend this webcam, it's a good one and for this price you can't go wrong.

I just bought a microsoft webcam for around $100 and came across this on Tiger. I thought I would give it a try. After using it I returned the microsfot webcam...let's face it...the economy is going down the tubes and I need to save every penny. So, if you are in the market for a webcam...I wholeheartedly recomend this one from Prolynkz!

I bought 4 and gave them to my family. We use them on MSN and they work great. It deffinitley bridges the distance between me and my kids.

When I first got this, I had a few issues installing it, but I emailed Prolynkz Support and they directed me to their video tutorial which had me up and going pretty quickly. The camera works great and has very good clarity.

I had a DOA unit, but Tiger swapped it out without any problems. It should be noted that this camera is manual focus, so don't plan on changing your distance from the lens while it's in use. Still, for the price it's a great deal.

Wasn't able to install on work computer. Symantec reported and quarantined the CameraFix.exe trojan virus. Haven't had any virus problems for over a year till this one. I try to be very careful. Returning camera's.

Great web cam! you cannot beat this deal... I had some issues intalling it but the Prolynkz customer support directed me to their video instlation tutorial which had me up and going in no time. P.S. the virus guy below is an idiot. probably downloaded too many explicit material online and ended up getting a virus.

I am not sure what the guy below is talking about regarding a Virus. I also run Norton on my computer. The web cam works great and Norton did not find any virus. It must be something else you are installing. Stop blaming companies for the mess you are causing on your computer. I highly doubt a company would sell their product with a virus to piss off their own customers... get real.
