Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 Elite Cherry MX Blue Mechanical Gaming Keyboard USB 5 Marco Keys
Cons:If you don't like noisy keyboards then this keyboard isn't for you.
Pros:Amazing LED lighting.Tacticle feedback is awesome. As expected from MX blues, very noisy but pleasing to the ears. well mine at least. The macro keys are seperated a bit so that you don't accidentally press them. Matte finish is an addition and it doesn't attract fingerprints like my friends old Blackwidow. Comment:
I've been wanting a mechanical keyboard for a while now and so far the Blackwidow has been great. Everything about it is awesome, and the tacticle feedback is great. The 'F' keys are placed a bit more to the right, so I'm not 100% used to it yet. The On-The-Fly Macro recording is also useful for games like SC2 and CSS. Also its very solid and doesn't move around a lot. I love the backlighting, nice and bright and also in green. |

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 Elite Cherry MX Blue Mechanical Gaming Keyboard USB 5 Marco Keys
Cons:- can be a bit noisy but again... I like the sound it makes and its not EXTREMELY loud
Pros:- great tactile feedback with cherry mx blues- build quality is great- bright GREEN led razer symbol at the bottom of the keyboard is customizable (brightness level) and is a nice addition to have (makes the keyboard look very professional-looking- macro keys are also nice to have although I don't really have any use for them yet- overall very customizable keyboard- looks very good (especially the unique font on the keys)- matte-black finish- audio/ mic jacks and usb port is a nice addtion- tough and durable braided cable- AMAZING LED LIGHTS*** Comment:
Recently refunded my razer blackwidow 2013 expert to get this one (for the lights because it was on sale). No major difference between this and the 2013 expert other than the incredibly bright and vibrant green led back lighting on the keyboard. If you have the brightness to the max level, the lights are almost blinding...-ly beautiful. Seriously, I only paid an extra 30 dollars to get the lights and it was very well worth it. If you are interested in the build quality and other functionality of the keyboard, you can check my review on the razer blackwidow expert 2013 (just add what I said there and add the lights). Definitely worth spending a bit more for the lights, they are just awesome. All versions of the razer blackwidow are great although I do not like the glossy finish on some of them (gets dirty quick). Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 Elite Cherry MX Blue Mechanical Gaming Keyboard USB 5 Marco Keys
Cons:None, maybe its not Filco, but seriously difficult to compare
Pros:Very well constructedMatt finish keys are now not just back lit, but glow around the edges (could be positive or minus)All mechanical keysSolid weight and feel Comment:
I love this keyboard. My first Black widow I had to RMA because it was wobbly on my desk. This came out in the mean time, and I bought one. Its in my opinion the best of many choices, and provides an excellent typing position with out a wrist rest. It has a mat finish to it that looks amazing. It really represents a refinement of the black widow. Get one! |
I bought this keyboard because i wanted a backit mechanical keyboard. The keyboard is solid and the build quality is goodI have not tried out hte software yet.So far not complaints.
