This is hands down the best gaming mouse I have ever used. but had software issues with Windows Vista 64bit. My old mouse was the Logitech MX518, and the only thing that MX518 does better then the deathadder, is glide on the mouse pad. However there was a huge problem with the software. If you have Windows Vista 64bit, you won't be able to flash your mouse to the newest firmware. You will also not be able to use any of the mouse's features. The USB bootloader, which puts the firmware on your mouse, only works with 32bit operating systems. So though the new firmware works with vista, you have no way to get it on the mouse. So make sure you know somebody with a 32bit operating system, so you can update to the 1.27 vista drivers and use your mouse properly. |

I've used my friend's Deathadder, and it was extremely good. Good feel to it, much better accuracy/smoothness than my current one. (Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse 3000)
