The LEDs are quite vibrant which is what I wanted. The fans are rated at 2500RPM, but my Asus board reads them at 2860RPM when the fan controller is set on high.At the lowest setting, they read just above 1600 and are almost silent. The black mesh sleeve on the cables is a nice touch. Would have liked to see the black mesh extend to the fan controller cable extensions also. LEDS are good, moves air decently. It is good contemplating its price. I would have given this item a 5, but see cons. DOA. I noticed the ground wire was not soldered at all to the fan. I resoldered it myself, and every little thing worked fine. I generally buy rosewill solutions (fans,cases,PSU). They are very good high quality products thinking about the value. This one was in all probability a fluke, but receiving a product DOA is annoying.

extremely quiet fan when running two or less of this sized fans. the leds give the case an fascinating look. keeps my case extremely cool. when combined with the other fans in this case more than two of these would start out to get loud. im looking into acquiring a fan manage monitor and decreasing the speed on the fans to make them quieter. i would defiantly acquire more of these fans in the future.

Cant hear it more than my other stock case fan Raised my Cpu temp??? by two deg CelsiusIt replaced a air flow director, this i am really confused about, im on an Athlon II 250 OC 3.4ghz, I did have it at 19 degrees Celsius, idle, now its at 21 degrees!
