I also had to update a Dell Dimension 3000 when I switched to Windows 7. Installed easily, but forced to use the very bottom card slot so it would fit along with the other cards. Driver & control program loaded easily & works great. Total time for install was about 15 minutes and am completely satisfied. Great features.

I bought this card when I realized my old geforce 5200 was keeping me from playing some newer mmo's. Plus I had noticed that the fan on my old card was dying. Once it arrived, I had it installed within minutes and the driver installed very quickly after that. Games run even better than before. Some games like Champions Online would not run and now run great. If you are stuck with an aging computer and only a PCI slot, I suggest this card. It will make gaming more enjoyable.

I put this in an HP slimline thin profile PC with a Pentium M 1.73 processor. It works great in a small footprint machine as this one. My daughter is using it for photoshop editing and she says it does what she wants.

I bought this to replace the onboard graphics that my Dell Dimension 3000 gave me. It helped a LOT. It installed with no hassle. Came exactly when it said.I've never been so satisfied as a customer. The only thing I didn't like is the price. I saw a 9400GT pci express. It was like 40 or 50 dollars. This one is about 80 dollars. I don't see how that's fair. Other than that this is an EXCELLENT purchase. I recommend it to all people with an older PC (or just a new computer xD)

I've been running an old Intel socket 478 motherboard for a while and last time I tried to upgrade I discovered that I couldn't. Nobody sold the RAM or Graphics cards for my computer anymore. I stumbled across this card and was taken aback. I bought it and now my 8 year old desktop runs smoother then my 1 year old laptop. Playing Dragon Age right now and loving it. The drawbacks of this card are price ($100 isn't a lot but a 9400 PCI-E is cheaper) and I've been having some stability issues, but I expected that going in. Running 1GB of video memory through a slow PCI slot is an almost laughable concept and I didn't expect it to work at all. Overall, fantastic card, especially if you're running a mobo so old people in computer stores laugh at you when you go in and ask for a heatsink.

amazing card only problem is i cant hook it up to my tv with an s-video but other than that amazing made my windows 7 ultimate 32-bit run so much smoother than without it

I couldn't get this card stable on Windows 7. Updated to latest video drivers (195.62)from Nvidia but my computer would freeze within 5 min. Put card in an old computer running XP Pro and it works perfectly.

I bought this card to upgrade my Dell Dimension 2400 PC and was it worth it! I'm currently building another computer, but for the time being while I use this computer it is a dream to play on. Not as fast at PCI express, but it gets the job done. Very nice product. Highly reccommend it if your only option is PCI.

Well, so far no complaints but have not really pushed the card to its performance levels. Installation was no issue. Found latest drivers off Manufacturers Web Site. Bought this because this IBM desktop does not have AGP only PCI. Of course it doesn't match the performance of AGP but it's decent.

I bought this for my brothers dell, because his onboard is very slow, this is the best PCI card i found and it works awesome. now all the movies he plays look great, compared to the old 64mb onboard he had. Big Big difference.

This PCI card is fast...resolution is also nice, and i like how compact it is. it doesnt take much space.

For being a PCI card is awesome. unfortunately my computer does not have pci-e, but this video card still supports Directx 10 games which is great. it has such a smooth resolution. Its great.

Purchased this Video Card to revamp an old DELL Dimension 2400. I needed a fanless design since the previous add-on video card had a fan which had quickly died on me. Works quite well for photo-editing. The huge fins ensure that the heat is dissipated pretty well. I added 2 Gb of ram and now this little system is moving like a brand new machine!

I installed this card in my 5 year old desktop to upgrade from the built in card. I can now play many more games and have my monitor at a higher graphics setting. Great improvement over stock for a good price and EASY to install once I figured out I had to disable my onboard or built in graphics processor. All around good value, just don't expect to be able to play the newest most graphic intense games.

This is the best video card you can buy if you only have PCI slots.. Again Best Card for PCI only..

This card is inferior to some of the other cards out there. If your board is limited to PCI, I guess you'll be ok. No gamer should ever buy this, it won't get the performance you desire, go buy the 9800 or equivalent card. Make sure its PCIe x16. Anything less won't get you the bus speeds. If your board is older and uses AGP, then the 7000 series is probably your best bet.

im not one that should fill this out guy told me i needed this for my bluray. but even someone knowing nothing about comps like me installed it and its working great

Not much to say that hasn'y been said already. I installed it on my EMachine with XP... Only problem I have is the small power supply that came in the computer doesn't have enough punch to start up on the first try. Lightning took care of that and I will be replaceing the P.S. with a hotter one, so card will do great.

This is the first video card I've had to install on this computer and is has made a hugh difference. it's faster, clearer, and easy to configure. Just had to say it. It's the best I've used yet.

This graphics card is excellent if you only have PCI slots. However, it takes some time to install. In my case I had to install the drivers, then put the card in, restart the computer and switch to second monitor (was unable to remove onboard). If this order was not followed the computer would not read the card. I had a 5x improvement on 3DMark06 after installation.
