The specs are wrong. It has an Intel 17 2670QM at 2.2GHz listed as the CPU on this laptop but it is not an Intel Sandy Bridge CPU. This Samsung model is not even for sale on the Samsung website because the CPU is a new 3rd generation Ivy Bridge processor i7 3610QM, which hasn't even had an official release date announced by Intel. These guys are taking pre-orders for a product that isn't even for sale yet by the manufacturer! |
The Specs which are put up are the only specs that were readily available. They are from the NP700G7A Model, and this is the price and other specs of the NP700G7C model. The only actual difference in what they have posted is the fact that it is indeed an Ivy Bridge processor (Talked to Samsung myself). Preordering next - gen processor - bearing laptops seems to be the norm this year, thats not a bad thing. Processors are coming out this week, I'd expect the computers to be released in sync or close to it, as well as being shipped to preorder customers within the next week.
