I bought this printer for a neighbour who needed a basic yet good laser printer. It works great and prints fast. My only complain is a small issue with the scanning software, but the default fax and scan utility of Windows 7 works so it is not a big deal. |

Toner cartridges are expensive and near impossible to refill.
Pros: Fast printing, copying faxing.Much quieter than older models.Easy to setup and use. Comment:
I bought this to replace a 4521F that served me well for years. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's much faster and quieter that it's predacessor and print quality is excellent. The price on sale is great as well. Setup and use is farly straight forward. The only downside is price and availability of the toner cartridges. These drums are smart chipped and require complete disassembly to refill them. |
