Cons:None so far.

Pros:Worked right away, responds quick, Samsung brand quality and warranty.

Comment:
Replaced a dead dvd drive in a laptop with this, hooked up and ran right away just fine. Wrote a few DVD's of data so far and it went very fast for a compact drive without any issues.
