Use the Fuse 3 times before returning it. The earphone jack is defective so poor sound on any connections. returning the Fuse by mail is expensive so buying refurbished and regular products by mail does not really worth the saving.

Does everything I want and more. I can delete files without hooking to a computer and increase capacity with a mini sd card, both of which ipods cannot do!

(excuse my english I am french) The problem with this player is that the video format is rare. I try many video converter an video format, anyone work for this sansa fuze. We have to use the media converter of sansa. I am desapointed for that. But for the price it is good.

this is a good quality product at a great price. only drawback is the instruction manual is not detailed enough as there are a lot of things about it that are not spelled out in the manual.

Fast, quality machine. Uses a 8gb hcsd card with no problems. Video is crisp, but could be faster framerate. Headphones sound great as well. Install Rockbox if you really want to make it fly. I'd prefer a more advanced set of options, but it does what it needs to do well.

This is an excellent product, for a great price. Thanks I take the opportunity to buy it. Actually, I bought 4. Unfortunately, none of them came with manual. Nevertheless, looking the site I just discovered how to download the manuals, so I don't have further issues. In term of features, I would say that video only works with one specific type of encoding. I have bad times to convert DivX to internal format. So, what I do, I convert everything to MPeg-1 first, then to the Sansa.

Not only nice in size and weight, but also plays MP3s or FM radio for long hours. Has beautiful OLED display which can show CD covers or other pictures. Interface in tens of languages. Can record your voice and FM radio programs when you listen or not. When stopped or turned-off continues from the exact the same place of current MP3 were you finished. Great FM pressets. Many other features, just mentioned ones I love the most. Bought first about a year ago. Then all of my family demanded and got one.

Decent battery life between charges. Easy to use apps available from Sansa makes upgrading firmware, converting .wmv video files and downloading a snap. Very nice display and snappy user interface. I would rather own one of these than an IPOD for the money.

It's got just about everything you can have on an mp3 player, short of cell-phone capability. Good sound quality output as long as you have a decent headphones to go along with it. I wouldn't use this thing for videos or pictures, especially since the screen is too small, and because the Sansa converter is a chore to use. Besides that, its a great bargain for the price.

Picked up one of these for my 9 year old to play around with. Given how inexpensive it was, I wasn't expecting much, but it does everything you'd expect and it has every feature you can think of.

Look new. High cost performance compare with others. Manual is retrivable from internet in worldwide language as well sansa fuse display. Large display for ROCKBOX playing games. Only problem, if you update farmware, FM radio frequency will not be worldwide and extra advertisement on the menu. So do not install.

The UI on this player is great, very much like the iPod. The SD slot makes it easy to add additional storage, a feature not found on most cheap MP3 players. I highly recommend it.

I bought this and this is ''the best'' mp3 player out there.. No need to explain further.. Refurb quality was unmatchable.. Look like a new one...

Versatile tool for teens, they do not ave to spend a heap to get the same pleasure and space as other well known music players, and are way more compatible too - if they get lost or stolen, you also don't feel the angst of a 200.00 loss. Everyone in our family has one of the SanDisk players, and we all love them.

Works great, took a while to find the best way to make play lists. I use media Monkey and it works great, play lists need to be exported to the same folder as the music in the list. Screen is large and bright! The user forums for sansa are the most informative.
