Tremendous value
Comment:
This unit delivers everything that I was hoping and then more. I find it quite easy to use and the quality of the sound is excellent. I am also impressed with the quality of the FM radio reception that it delivers. I use this device primarily for workouts and although I also own an Ipod Itouch, I definitely prefer this device for my workouts. Its compact size, ease of use, and overall excellent quality make it almost unsurpassed as far as overall value.

Great buy!
Comment:
I like this mp3 player a lot. I use it mainly to listen to songs and my favorite pastor. I also use it to record song ideas that come to me (I'm a songwriter) and find it very convenient for that purpose.

Sansa fuze
Comment:
I love the sansa Fuze. After I got mine nad then I ordered one for my wife. It's simple to use and it sounds great! The battery lasts about 24 hours before needing a recharge. The only negative about the Sansa fuze is that Altec makes the only docking station available for it, and from what I understand they discontinued it. However you can't beat the sansa fuze for the money.

Works Well with Linux and OS X
Comment:
It does. Really. It's hard to find a drag and drop player and this works well. The interface took a little getting used to. I also have issues with mp3 tags but I do believe that is the UTF-8 encoding with Linux that has caused that. But browse by folders option really fixes those issues for me. For those without software to convert videos I would suggest a web search for 'video4fuze'. It will convert videos and resize pictures so they are supported. It will run on any platform, Linux, Windows, or OS X. Opensource and free. Did I mention it is easy to use with Linux and OS X?

Such a deal!!
Comment:
An excellent buy! This is a great little MP3 player. Good capacity and the micro-SD slot for more. Very nice color display, simple controls, and very good file formatting. Haven't used the radio yet, but I'm certain it will be fine also. Since getting this, I have talked to others who own one, and everyone raves about it.

The product is great and worked right out of the box. It is a gift so I hope there are no problems right away. TigerDirect had the best price for this product. It arrived quickly.

Better than expected
Comment:
This little unit works great and it exceeded our expectations. It was given as a gift to replace a nano that didn't last very long, had a small screen and which had low quality sound. It is great to see the competition out there giving other products a run for their money, especially when they think they are the only players in town. (no pun intended)

Works as expected
Comment:
bought it for daughter in law she wanted a ipod but i could not see paying that much for less than what the sansa provided. She is very happy with nit it does what she wanted and is easy to use but iw would be nice if it had a dedicated charger as she often does not have a computer available to charge it with

Great product at a great price
Comment:
I originally owned a 4gb sansa but the screen got broken and I had too many songs to buy another 4gb, so I decided to get the 8gb. I bought this fuze and I love it. Its super fast turning on and the sound is great, and for the price it can't be beat.

Great Deal at the Price
Comment:
The refurbished model worked as if new, although did not come with any disks or manuals. Information is available from the Sandisk website, although I recommend that if interested in this product you do an online search for the Sandisk Sansa Fuze community forum. The firmware will probably have to be updated to the newsest version, but one recent version has a bug for the moment. Connecting it to a Windows 7 PC, the device page that will pop up provides links to the user manual, firmware updater and video media converter. I'm very happy with the product and battery life appears to be at least as advertised

Does what I need
Comment:
I needed a player that was simple to use, small enough not to be in the way, but with a screen large enough to be easy to find selections I want. My wife and I recently took this for a trip and it worked flawlessly for two long stints of 9 hours each way. For what I wanted, this is just the ticket. And the price was not bad either.

outstanding buy
Comment:
After purchasing the first on as a gift to my youngest son who is 11, wow what a great value. I bought the second one for my olderst son, he is 15 now. What better test than to teenager boys on how well something will hold up.

Good Player
Comment:
Had mine for a month now, and works fine. No software or manual included, but can be found at Sandisk website. A protective cover is a must for me but I had to go outside of this site to get one. Note that the video format is custom - an mpeg format wrapped in an avi file. Go figure. So you will need the Sansa Media Converter program for that. Overall very pleased with the device.

Good value. Works great!
Comment:
This is the 3rd Sansa that I have and is by far the best. Screen looks great, is bright and clear. Starts up fast. I use it for music, videos, podcasts, audio books. All work great. Can't tell it's refurbished. Battery life is good. No manual included but it is easy to figure out and you can easily download it from Sandisk. Only drawback is the proprietary connector. Would be better with usb, but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend. Good price too.

Good Choice
Comment:
This is my first MP3 Player. I read a lot of product reviews and my conclusion was that, other than iPOD, this was the best all round 8 GB product. The refurbished unit is like new, just no fancy packaging or instructions. I love the quality of the screen.

This is the 4th MP3 player of this brand, that I have owned or purchased. A great refurbished product. No flaws in performance or appearance. I love it. I use it mainly for the music and audio book capabilities. So far - so good!

Cheap, OSX compatible. Perfect.

I got this because my fist gen ipod nano died. no issues, everything works great. They claim that it gets 24 hours of battery life, but i've been getting a closer to 16-20. No complaints.

Good value, but no instructions of any kind in the box. Just the machine and cables. It took quite a while to get it going under these circumstances.

This is second refurbished Sansa I bought. The first one I bought for my wife, no problems, works great. This one I bought for myself, the same, great product, no problems. Looks like new, you don't see a difference to a new one. Great product.

Awesome MP3 Player
Comment:
I have had this 8GB MP3 player for over a year now, only after I previously purchased a 2GB Sansa. So far no problems whatsoever. The micro SD card that can be used adds another 2GB of added tunes, voice, picture or whatever floats your boat. It was well worth the reduced cost over a Micros or I or whatever. I would refer this item to anybody. It is going to make a very good Christmas present for my 3 siblings and 6 nieces and nephews. Nothing but praise for Sansa .
