They do what they are advertised to do. I have five fans running in my case and there is a lot more air going in than out. Permits ventilation around my 4850 A small value and thats why I docked a star Shiney!

Nicely developed slot covers. Some of them have a little rust. W.T.F? Way overpriced. Not really black. Had to get these due to the fact the slot covers in the Thermaltake Spedo can't be reused. - Will allow superior ventilation than solid covers - They don't fairly match my case - not that it matters considering that they're on the back- They don't come with screws... I had to scrounge for an hour before I located a sort that were not too large or too little.

Fortunately, my case makes it possible for for individual screws as properly as toolless for the expansion slots.

They do what they are supposed to do. Cover empty PCI slots in your case. I don't know that they essentially reduce temps any as I can't see any difference. They are incredibly well built and look excellent. Cost was a bit steep. If you will need some slot covers these perform excellent.

This small buy can help raise air flow through your machine specifically in between video, sound, Tv cards. I noticed additional air flow through the back of my PC immediately after installing these. None - the concept is fairly basic. Obtain them if you want to generate far better air flow.

They are what they are. If you require slot covers that will add some ventilation, here they are. Good finish. The price is rather absurd for what they are. The only reason they can charge this significantly is since there actually is no other option on Newegg for one thing like this.Positive they're not retardly expensive, but for sheet metal with holes in them, they're a bit absurd for that expense. If I wasn't in a rush making my wife's Xmas gift, I would of just made some of my own to add venting about her video card.

these are excellent to open airflow at the back of my case. read other critiques that they had been flimsy, but did not seem the case to me. none price is a little high for what they are, but worth it for what they do and how they appear.

These Silverstone Aeroslots are a great replacement for several default expansion slots and several cases. They give air flow and venting for the back of your case exactly where normal ones block air. If you have lost slots or just want far better ventilation, these are a excellent alternative! The only con I can believe of is the cost. They are black nickel though so I suppose you get what you pay for. Nada

Did what they're supposed to do. I lost a couple degrees right after installing. If you have drastic heat troubles these will not solve the challenge, but if your just a small warmer than you'd like they are an superb addition. None The slots are large enough to let in a property fly. I have located a few in the case when routinely cleaning. This would possibly not be a dilemma for a positive pressure case.

These have are nearly black, with sort of an anodized finish. They are much far better searching than I thought they`d be. Despite what the dude below me said, these are really sturdy. I`ve tried them in an Antec 900, Antec 300, and two HP desktop instances- they work fine in all. Given the high shipping expense (and you don`t get a lot of a break even if ordering with other stuff) I can`t say that these are entirely worth the cost. On looks and funtionality alone, these are fantastic. Following attempting them in my 900, I decided to just preserve them in it since they appear better than the flat gray-colored ones supplied by Antec. Even with the high price, I`ll probably obtain some more as an "investment" considering that they`re vented. If I sell the PC or case these are installed in, I`ll just move them to a different case which I intend to preserve.

It makes it possible for far more airflow by way of your program...and you can in no way have too significantly airflow! This lowered the temperature of my machine by about 5 deg (Esp useful on keeping my OC GPU cooler). None They appear really nice...even though I dont get to see them much due to the fact they are on the back.

Makes it possible for airflow to pass over and through a crowded PCI section. Fairly frustrating to install, cost.Certainly not for toolless styles. If your PCI slot covers snap on like mine do (Thermaltake Armor case), you'll have to screw these in. And if your PCI slots are crowded, you'll have a tough time of it. These helped solve a hot-air pocket dilemma I had been getting because moving my video card to a lower PCI slot in my case. Combining these vents with a high power fan rigged to sit on the floor of my case blowing air over and under the card and by means of the vents lowered it's temperature by 10 degrees when idling. No more burning my foot when I brush up against the case.

Terrific appear to my black computer casing. Every thing appears to work as stated for the product. A small pricey, but if income isn't an importance then a great purchase it is. May possibly purchase 1 a lot more of these to replace the rest.
