Installed it in a Dell xps 5150c small form-factor PC. The card came with a regular profile sized bracket attached and a low profile bracket included in the box (two small screws need to be removed to change the brackets), an instruction booklet and a driver CD. Swapping the brackets takes only a few seconds and installation is simple, (the instructions provide an excellent guide if the user is not familiar with installing expansion cards) with drivers installed from the accompanying CD.The drivers are comprehensive, with support ranging from Windows 98SE to Vista 32 and 64 bit, and including Mac and Linux support. While it was not necessary for this installation, the Startech.com website is well laid out.Jumbo Frames are supported for 2K,3K and 4K frames (up to 6K at least would have been nice). Performance seems on par with the Intel Gig cards in the other computers on the network, but different computer specs (necessitating the use of a low-profile NIC) makes any comparison unfair.Can't quite recommend this over the Intel NICs for standard profile cases, but if you need a low-profile card then this is a solid product.

I have used StarTech power supplies for years with zero problems, so I expected the same with this product. It meets all expectations, and the PCI-Express slot frees up one of my PCI slots for a sound card. As for the reviewer who gave 1 star because it would not fit in the standard PCI slot of his 2004 model ASUS K8N-E motherboard, disregard, he obviously should not be working on his own computer.

Best money ever spent. Saved my computer. Installs in seconds and is immediately recognized by windows. My onboard died and this saved the computer from going back to TigerDirect.

Installed itself on Win Vista, no cd required, fast and inexpensive. Fits perfectly into the PCI Express slot, works great!
