I bought this to replace my old logitech headset to play counter-strike source. At my first thought the headset was bad but when I was used to it its like the best headset ever! I really recommand it! the sound is way better than my old logitech headset. The only sad thing about this headset its that it was making weird sound on my integrated soundcard (realtek ac97) but with an soundblaster x-fi the sound is very nice and every thing is good! I am not able to compare this headset to anything within its price range, but I am very pleased with it. The ear pieces are extremely comfortable, the sound quality is great (can hear footsteps and every little cling and clang). It also comes sporting way too much bass - needed to adjust it in my sound card settings. The retractable mic is a nice feature, and the headset seems to be very well built. Ok, right off the bat. First thing I noticed when I took this headset out of the package was the microphone. It is flexible and retractable and very durable. I had previously cracked my last microphone by adjusting too much and that problem seems solved with this product.Sound is excellent, and the microphone picks up my voice and keeps my voice clear and constant no matter the positioning.One of the most comfortable headsets I've ever used.
