this is a great no frills picture frame. it looks good and can be used without reading the manual. for some reason, out of about 2000 pics that i loaded, some won't play. i can't figure out which ones won't display (as i can't see them!), but even with that problem, i recommend it. unless you change your picture sizes, you likely won't fill the entire display with pictures. the slide show plays over and over... no sound or video, but at this price, who cares?

Bought several of these for this past Mother's day, and they WHERE A HIT!!! Everyone was and still is very pleased with this frame. Very simple to use (just plug and play once you set up your memory card). Great for the technology challenged as there are not any many bells and whistles.

This is the second purchase I've made of this frame. Bought one for home and one for my dad who is a techno clutz. We all love this. It's dirt simple to operate, a really great value for the buck and ... it just works right out of the box. No frills or junk you have to learn. Plug and play. You can read the directions if you want. You'll need to buy a 2 gig SD card. Like they say, makes a great gift. Very pleased with this site and this product.

The display is crisp and relatively bright. The viewing angle if good. Setup is easy, and there are several ways to get pictures loaded. The frame looks like plastic trying to look like wood, but is not unattractive. Inexpensive, easy to use, and with a good display for $40.00. What's not to like?

My wife and mother both enjoyed receiving this for Mother's Day. The frame has a great screen, and works flawlessly.

Screen ratio is not suited for standard pictures. 4:3 ration picture leaves gaps on either side. Only option is to crop or stretch. Stretch distorts and crop may remove a important part of the image. Still it's not a bad device for displaying all those digital photo's that gather. I utilized it with a 2GB memory card and reduced all image size to 1024. with 300+ pictures loaded I had barely scratched the surface for filling the card. All in All a pretty good deal !

My wife loves the pictures of the grandkids scrolling through. Instructions were a bit weak (she would have never figured them out) but I got there without too much difficulty. Once set up, it works great.

I am very pleased with this product because of it's reasonable price and ease of operation and it's performance. I bought this as a Mother's Day gift for my mother and put quite a few family pictures from my computer onto a flash drive for her. She really enjoys this as it is just one frame with many pictures and thus takes up less space. I highly reccomend it.

Currently, I have purchased several 7'' Synaps digital picture frames. I very seldom purchase anything for myself. The first 7'' Synaps digital frame purchased was just that ... just for me. Preparation is so easy to show off the photo-op moments saved of my grandson and other treasured people in my life. Not only are these photos available for my viewing, but anyone who is lucky enough to visit. Additional purchases of this product have made excellent gifts. They enjoy showing the very finest moments in their lives too.

I bought one for my mother and one for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. They both love it! While it is not feature rich, it is perfect for a 79 yr old and a 82 yr old non techie. Great value and the picture quality is pretty sharp for an inexpensive frame. Well worth the $40 but I got them on sale here for $30 a few weeks before Mother's Day. Great bargan.

I was skeptical about ease of operation because I was getting the Synaps 7" frame as a gift for my "non-geek" wife. No problem. The frame is simple to quick start. It has a few customizable settings to make it fun and changeable without studying paragraphs of tedious tech jargon. True, the picture quality does not match a Cinema Display, but then Macs don't sell for under $50! Bottom line; it was exactly what I wanted, and the price was right!

I have to admit that I was a little afraid that I would get what I paid for, but I was surprised to find that something so cheap looked and worked so well. The only complaint is the ultra low screen resolution which may explain the low cost. However, it looks just fine from 3 or more feet away.

I bought a SHOMI digital frame player 2 years ago. It doesn't compare to Synaps in terms of price, quality and features. I would definitely buy this product again to give as a Birthday Gift. People appreciate it and think it's expensive!!

For the price this is a frame it is great! I don't know why other people have had problems with the pic quality, mine is just fine. The only draw back is it does not have a timer to turn it on and off at night. Looks great and performs good.

I did not find it lacking in features or qualith for the price. I did adjust the pictures first in size 480x234 and dpi to 200. Everyone is saying how good it looks. I even slowed down the picture display speed to 10 sec. for my elderly mom. It could have slightly higher detail but again what more could you ask for?

I recived my order fast and pluged a 2gb thumb drive in to the usb slot pushed the start button and havent had a problem yet. I went back on line in bought two more for family gifts. Nice frame and good picture at a great price. Beats the one I bought last year for 69.99 hands down.
