A good digital cable. Since there are just 1's and 's going arcoss this lightpipe there is no genuine likelihood for distortion, this definitely appears to level the playing field with cabling. If its digital, its going to be a good cable. THe only con and the cause for giving this a four egg is due to the shipping. Ƒ) The connectors do not remain seated as firmly as I would like.The price was wonderful, so I am not going to take off an Egg for the connectors, but my Television connection is angled down at about 45 degrees, so this cable wiggles loose if I adjust the Television a lot. Also, the polishing job on the ends of the cables left some incredibly tiny burrs, and the fiber appears to protrude beyond the connector a bit further than the OEM cable I was replacing. I was in a position to clean off the burrs, but I'm asking yourself if the tiny bit of additional media on the ends contributes to the loose fit? In the end, the cable works, and was extremely affordable. It necessary a bit of tweaking, but for the cost, it can't be beat.

My cable worked instantly with no challenge. It is super flexible. I even bent mine more than 90 degrees behind the lip of the shelf and it works perfectly. Very forgiving.

If you wish to bend light to your own cruel designs, this cable is for you. Get enough of these and you can make a DEATH RAY! >:D ... Or you can hook up your elderly Xbox 360 to a high finish receiver and get excellent digital audio out of it. Cord pulls lose out of the xbox 360 video adapter somewhat simply. Stays pretty tight in receiver. The design of the connecter however doesn't lend itself to staying tightly connected to stuff. Works anyway tho, just be gentle. Do not bend this cable, the light waves within do not like it. The last thing we need to have is a war with the Light Individuals.

Excellent wire. Plugs in, works excellent. Outstanding cost. Would be nice if the protective plastic caps had been connected to the wire so I didn't have to worry about losing them. I am utilizing this to connect my Xbox360 to my Sony 5.1 surround sound. Playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare two... I can hear exactly where men and women are walking- and its fantastic. Surround sound took my ability to sneak about to the subsequent level. ;)

It was low cost. It worked. What much more do you want? Shipping was as much as the cable. Still less expensive than Circuit City's cable that was half the length. I didn't have any issues with this cable feeling loose while plugged in. Snapped in and stayed. This is with my Z-5500 speaker set, Samsung DVD Player, and PS3

Cable seem fairly sturdy. Plugged them from my HDTV and my DVD player into my receiver and the sound was remarkable. I need to have gone digital a lengthy time ago. None that I know of at this time.

I paid for superfast shipping b/c I necessary other items in the order asap, and even following factoring that in, the cable was much less pricey than 1 from a neighborhood chain in town. The cable is good and flexible and feels decently created for an outstanding cost. It fits in my optical digital sockets solidly. I actually can't complain. It does the job I necessary done. My receiver, on the other hand... Wants to discover a factor or two about turning off its optical digital relay throughout the brief moment in between switching channels on my Television. Doesn't contain mini Toslink adapters. But I have a spare set sitting about anyway.

GRRR Whilst HDMI will lower clutter,any accurate audiophile knows that absolutely nothing sounds far better than light.
