I bought a similar bag over 10 years ago and about 2 years ago the zipper stopped working, I was ready to through the bag away and buy a new one, I was very hard on this bag I work in the oil field and had oil all over it and always packed too much into it.I noticed a sticker on it that said lifetime warranty so I decided to call them and they gave me an address to send the bag back so I put it in a box and sent it back it cost me 10 dollars and a few weeks later I received this bag, so there warranty is second to none, who would think they would send me a free bag when I sent them a 8 year old bag covered in oil stains.I expected this bag to last another 8 years but someone stole it so I am now going to buy it again.
