Thermaltake Element G VL10001W2Z Black Computer Case
Cons: The Fans can be manually increased from the 600 to 800rpm and I don't really see any difference so I run them on high.

Pros: Excellent air flow. Most of the intake fans have filters which are great if you have pets.
Comment:
Very nice mid size gaming case. Tons of room for your toys and coolers.

Bad fan in case
Comment:
The case is big for a midsize. Lots of room. Easy to work in. No sharp edges. Case is functionally sound. My problems is once I got everything installed, cables routed and tied down I plugged system in for test and all fans worked, then I notice that the lights on the fan with the door didn't work. Very disappointing. Hard to take everything out for return so I tried to get an RMA from the manufacturer. Long drawn out process. 1 month later I still haven't gotten the new fan but it is reported to be shipped. I'm not holding my breath.

Excellent Case!
Comment:
Aside from it's awesome looks, thanks to the color changing fans, it's QUIET. I mean whisper quiet. It also keeps my system very cool. My Phenom II X4 965BE CPU idles around 34C with the stock cooler on it. Amazing. In addition it is laid out extremely well internally. The cable management is excellent and the opening on the motherboard tray is great for those that might want to install an aftermarket cooler.

Thermaltake Element G VL10001W2Z Black Computer Case
Cons: the fan knob is kind of annoying and sticks out quite a bit.

Pros: Good build quality, very quiet, a lot of space to work in also good cable management

put a q9450 with noctua cooler and 2 4890pcs+ vidcards in there and it runs way cooler than the previous case i had, would recommended to anyone looking for a case with really good air flow.

Love it!
Comment:
This case has it all at a great price! I really lik ethe cable management on it. More than enough fasteners, and plenty of fans!! The rounded edges are a great touch. no sharp edges to cut or puncture cables.

Sad Experience
Comment:
The case I was sent must have been a return. There were screws from a previous install with stripped heads. The right panel will not open outwards when I removed the 3 screws from the back as instructed. I have a floppy and a media reader that I cannot use without removing that right side panel. There are fan wires to connect which are stuffed behind an inaccessable panel. I was sent of video showing me how to attach my 2.5

NICE LOOKING BUT
Comment:
Trying to avoid RMA I bought some of my parts at the local computer store rhymes with tries, including the tower. Didnt think the case would be the week link. The first one I got was a return with no floppy plate and rack, and I thought the fan speed didnt work and the on off button didnt light up. Took it back and got another. This one looked good every thing was there no imperfections, built a 2ND time. Same thing. Called customer service at. The guy said the fan speed is only difference of 800rpm so U wouldn't notice it. well if I am buying a case with a fan speed adjustment, I do want to notice it. Why even have a nob then. Bogus. Then he said he would RMA the on off circuit board but the terms. and installation. Is more hassle than its worth. FIND ANOTHER CASE. I know this case has allot of positive reviews, but I don't see it.

Great overall value
Comment:
The layout is fantastic. I wasn't sure about the bottom mount for the PS, but all went together without a hitch. The connection points for the side cover are great, no wires to deal with. The only problem I've had is with the top fan. It will hang up occasionally.

Deserves BCA
Comment:
Comes with all the airflow you will need, lest you overclock your PC. Plenty of space for any modifications or upgrade you want to do. Room for liquid cooling, extra fans, etc. You'll have so many ports for optical drives and hard drives you wont know what to do with them. Fan lighting is cool unless you want them off at all times, they will turn back on at any restart of the PC. Another short coming to the case is that you may need longer cords to reach your motherboard, I haven't had any problems as of yet but most ports for everything I use are close enough for the reach anyways.

Excellent Case
Comment:
Wow is all I can say. This case replaces a fairly old one with bad circulation and what a difference! CPU temperature is down by about 10C with nothing else changed. The box is roomy and there's a LOT of HD space. Cable management is good. I was not impressed by the tool-less HD cage. I ended up putting 4 screws into each of my drives. This is NOT tool-less, but it holds the drives well once they are bolted down. I found mounting the HDs sideways a bit awkward so I turned the HD cage by 90 degrees - great feature! Air circulation due to the huge fairly quiet fans is beyond words, however, every noise from inside this case will make it out. Your pick if that's a PRO or CON. Since the power supply is at the bottom my ATX power cables where also too short. I needed extensions so measure your cables. My kids love the fan lights, particularly the mode where they change color! For me they are simply a bonus and I frequently turn them off at night

AWESOME

There are just no words for this case. I got it 2 days after I ordered it from TD and was so excited. Plenty of room, designed for easy cable management. LED color & brightness control is perfect for showing off if you're someone who does a lot of lan parties. The airflow is great. All my hardware stays below 40C on average(except the video card of course) and below 30C at idle temps. Case is just amazing!

Awesome case

Well where to begin... Large case, my ATI 5879 fits in it with no problems. Plenty of cooling stock, love the contact points for the side fan instead of a cable running to it. All around great case...

Great Case
Comment:
This case was very easy to set up and work with. Overall A Grade. Pros: Both sides come off, making it easy to get a nice clean cable setup. The hard drive rack comes out easily, and the drives are easy to mount. Power supply on bottom separated by the SSD 2.5 HD tray. VERY quiet case fans. Excellent air flow. My son says the lights are really excellent if you like that stuff. Mobo tray has hole for aftermarket processor so tray doesn't have to be removed for install. Cons: Fan control does not make much of a difference in speed from slow to fast setting. Also, because the case fans are all wired into this control knob, the case fans are not able to be monitored or controlled by the motherboard. Overall great looking, easy to work with, very quiet even with fans full power, and excellent air flow. Great light show too!

Excellent cooling, fairly easy installation
Comment:
I bought this case to replace an older one that was not cooling my system well enough. Installation was easy, although it was somewhat time consuming to route all the wiring to the back for the 5 hard drives. The smaller of the power cables almost didn't reach because of the PS on the bottom. However, all went in fine in the end and the case cools very well. I was not fond of the lights and planned on disconnecting them until I found out you could turn them off. However, when you turn the system off and back on the lights always come back on, they are not turned off permanently. I may have to cut the wires after all.
