I Remember when digital cameras first hit the market and this type of card would've cost three times more, this is a very good and quality card at a low price. How times have changed.

I purchased a basic card for my 5 year old niece who likes to take pictures with an older digital camera of mine. Since my old Canon didn't take anything larger than a 2GB, I figure this card is ok. I popped it in and now my niece is all over the place taking random shots wherever she goes. She is happy, so that makes me happy too.

Depending on your camera settings you can fit anywhere between hundreds or even thousands of images on this card or even a good amount of video. I saw a one gig card in a local pharmacy for "$21.00 so purchasing this Transcend two gig card at this price is a bargin that you just can't pass up.

It works great and it was dirt cheap when I bought it. What's not to like? But it has a pretty static job. It is almost all R and no W since it is being used as the image cache for a digital frame. Speed and memory size were not the issue. CHEAP was, and it does that job just fine.

i bought some of these for the thirty dollar picture frame. it works great! also works in older cameras that won't take the newer cards. it seems to be faster in my 5Mp camera than the card that i bought a few years back. it's a high end kodak with a nice german lens, but the save time for picures was terrible. with this card, the speeds are acceptable. it's practically free at this price. you can't go wrong adding three or four of these to your order... if you don't use them in a few months, there's ebay... i get fifteen bucks on ebay and offer free postage... they fit in an envelope.
